Hello, ive reiceved my kit a while ago, and out of the 8 togo bottles 6 were either empty or 3/4s empty.. 
I really want to try ammo and instant gentlemen but it leaked on the way here im asssuming. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated, I can provide pictures if needed. Thanks
Take a couple of snaps of the levels in the togos (peel back the labels a little if you need to) and upload them when you raise a support ticket with Mickaelia. They don’t handle order issues on the forums for security reasons.
This is what I’ve done whenever I’ve had a problem with leakage and she has sorted it out very effectively.

This isn’t common is it? I just made an order and now I’m nervous. This could be grounds to think twice about ordering in the future.
Its not as bad as it was a couple of years back when they had a batch of duff togos that tended to leak if someone farted in the vicinity but yes, it can happen - Togos and the pressure in aircraft holds don’t go too well together.
I must say this is why I tend to order 30mls wherever possible as they are far less prone to leakage - the worst I’ve ever had with them is a little bit of misting in the cap.
AD’s normal response to this is exemplary though, so any problems just raise a ticket - and escalate to John if Mickaelia can’t get it sorted in a few days. I understand she is snowed-under just now and has had PC probs but I expect the normal service will be resumed soon.

when they arrive, are they supposed to be completley full or 3/4ths full? all of mine were at 3/4ths or less, so I thought 3/4ths was “full”.
There should be a bit of airspace at the top, to a little below the end of the sprayer threads. Does that sound about right? I don’t have one to hand.
sprayer threads? if you mean the thread of the screw on part, then no. All of mine are well below that part…I finally peeled back the labels on my tuth as well and that one is half full and I only used 1 spray of it.
I suppose I will take pictures and upload a support ticket, but my problem is that my order arrived 2 weeks ago, I was sick for most of them and did not realize the extent of the leakage till I read through this thread and you recommended pulling back the labels… do you thnk they will still help?

if it’s worth 25$ and you’re talking about one of the to-go versions, you should be happy! Not only do you still have your somewhat empty mones, youll be able to order another! +an extra 5$ (if it costed you 20$).
or even if you have to return said items, you can give yourself a chance to rethink if you want to repurchase those items again after some more research.

The GC can be for any amount in this situation - the occasion I was offered one, it more than covered the cost of the lost pheros on my next order. That was when a couple of togos in a larger order of mostly 30mls leaked.
When an entire order of togos showed varying amounts of leakage, she had the whole lot replaced by return, incl the ones that showed very little leakage - and I was told to keep the remains of the duff order.
So it depends and that’s why a couple of snaps help to sort it fairly.

In an upcoming order, I literally asked them to seal the TOGO, including the cap and threads, with packing tape. I also asked Mick if the lab might allow putatives (especially ones only in 5mL) to be decanted into a 30 mL bottle. You’d purchase the 5 mL and an empty bottle. They’d put 5 mL of product into a more secure bottle. They might even allow purchasing product in 5 mL quantities: pay for 10 mL and the bottle, get a 30 mL filled with 10 mL. Whenever customs and shipping are involved, I have to think this would make for many more happier customers. From what I read, even Sephora atomizers leak on planes. It’s barometric pressure and the little white or clear gasket. Pressure makes it diffuse through the threads, I do believe. Many products I just don’t test because of concerns about this. I don’t think it’s directly under Androtics’ control. It’s the bottle design. Not airtight. Negative air pressure sucks it right out, just as if you opened the cabin door at 30,000 ft.
