Hello! Happy Thursday!
So I received my package this morning and within it was To-Go bottles of Ammo, A314 and IS and a free to-go bottle of Instant Gentleman(thanks guys!) but when i opened it they seemed like they were leaking. I received a shipment like this back in November and was totally disappointing because it seemed like it leaked fluid more than I was able to spray at the end but i didn’t let anyone know since i figured i would still get the same outcome. What should I do about this? Is there a confirmed way to fix or tighten the bottles or am i **** outta luck. Normally I wouldn’t complain since this is a great product but this is the second time this has happened. I tried to read about and search on other threads and some came to the conclusion that it was due to weather but its almost June…

Do you KNOW that They are Leaking or is it just the Spray they Tend to Put in Each Package… I Never Gotten a Dry Package from AD… They Always Spray Something in the Wrap… Most Think it’s Instant Shine… With the Larger Bottles you can Just Look and See How Much is there… With the To-Go’s there is a Trick… Lay them on there Side on a Table and Check that they are All at the Same Level By Looking at the Bottom of Each One… If One is Significantly Lower then that’s your Leaker…

Yeah since this happened with the last shipment I dried them lightly with a paper towel when I got home and some time later i felt the bottle around the connection point and I could see the liquid on my finger thus the leaking. this happened with the A314 bottle and you can clearly see its lower than the Ammo bottle which has the same type of label. I didn’t want it to be since I was really excited to get them.
If you can, take a snap of the levels in the bottles & get it to Mickaelia via a support ticket. She’ll take it from there.

We do not do customer service on the forum or via pms so a call like you did or an email will let us know what is going on so we can take care of it right away. 
I’ve only suffered minor leaks from shipment but they do happen. Your package endures tosses, drops and assorted rough treatment. The package interior always reeks of mones, so I figure what the frick and rub it on my body for a kitchen stink dose.
When I travel I transfer a small amount of my favs to Sephora atomizers as they are as leak proof as it gets. Plus, you don’t want TSA handling a 30ml glass bottle! I’ve had Togos literally half empty after a rough ride in my checked baggage, so I don’t bother with them anymore.
Since you mentioned one type of alternative storage device, maybe we can come up with a list of other alternatives?
I prefer applying A314 from a roll top bottle, not because of better storage or leak resistance, but because it’s easier and much faster to apply, especially in cool weather. One or two short rolls and I’m done. An old SOE bottle is perfect but you can buy an empty roll top in a couple sizes from new age hippie supplies and organic food stores.
My body hair always gets caught somehow even on the underside of my arm. But I do think roll-ons are pretty rad.
We used to have some around the office, but went with the eurodroppers.
