I will make one more comment.
This thread, and the negative comments that encompass it, come as a result of a fault on Love-scent’s end…They come as a result of a badly faulted policy of banning people without warning. Had the mods at Love-scent provided the simple courtesey of explaining why a person had been banned, or why a post had been deleted, we likely would not have ended up here to conjure up our own theories. That isn’t to say that I’m denying the legitimacy of what was said here, as the sum of our own separate experiences paints a pretty clear picutre of what was going on.
I do understand that you guys are open to discuss why a person had been banned or why a thread had been deleted (though even that policy has its faults apparantly), but as a proactive means of containing whatever resentments come as a natural result of reprimanding someone, you should, at the very least, provide an adaquate explanation of your actions, instead of expecting people to find out for themselves…or worse yet, assuming that people already know what they did wrong.
Most of the people who had been banned, don’t even know why. They might have unknowingly broken some ambiguous rule on LS, however they did not spitefully, or even intentionally go out of their way to cause a ruckus on the forum. Don’t you think that people, at the very least, deserve some warning before banning them? Is it right to be so harshly reprimanded when there isn’t a clear, legitimate reason why?
You have to understand that forums like this one or Love-scents are much more than a place of discussion…Whether you guys like it or not, there is a marriage between the forum and the place of business. Its almost unfair to associate the forum and the business so closely, but to us, the LS forum is the face of an otherwise anonymous place of business. Isn’t that the purpose of having the forum after all? Whether the mods realize this or not, as representatives of the forum, you are representatives of LS’s business as well, and everything you guys say and do, is a direct projection of both.
In the future, before ruthlessly banning people, I hope that you take the time to evaluate how this affects a person not only as a participant on a forum, but as a customer to LS’s business. After seeing the people who had been banned mentioning it here, I literally thought to myself “damn him too?!” as they were participants on LS’s forum longer than I. Put yourself in the shoes of a customer and imagine how it feels to have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at a store, only to be so harshly disregarded and kicked to the curb without explanation. Is that the impression Bruce wants to make about how he values his customers?
Its no different than people refusing to eat at a restaurant because they were provided bad service. People like being treated respectfully, and people will shop where they feel comfortable and welcome.
The damage on this end is done, and there’s no point in trying to cover up the mess. I hope Bruce and everyone at LS uses this as a learning experience, and a means to further improving their operation.
Well it was several months ago when I tried to make contact and was very frustrating. Not a big deal now. Anyway, if people feel offended by this thread then by all means shut it down. I kinda agree with a few here, if you were to totally censor everything, then it would remove the fun of just being human. lol.

I couldn’t do much with even a 99% off coupon, right now. Until my bank transfer comes through, I’m dead in the water.
Go the their store website and sign up for the newsletters, and I think there was a seperate Forum mailing list as well, as at one time I was getting two similar emails (just mainly from different addresses). The delivery has been erratic, and BB even says this latest email was re-sent because he felt the first batch didn’t get delivered (he was right in my case…).
I’ve had to re-sign up about 4 times over the past 18 months with them, then finally gave up.
I’d mention the “coupon code” here but I think I’ll let one of the already banned users do that… just in case. You enter it on checkout just like you do at SmartMones with gift certificate codes and the like.

im beginning to feel naked without pheromones on, lol. isnt that weird? what i liked about LS was the gel packs. i have to travel with them, and it makes it so freakin convenient. when they do that here, i will be the first to order. i just cant carry my bottles with me,lol.
I feel not naked without pheromones, but diminished. As if I don’t impact my surroundings with the same gravity, so to speak. And what’s stopping you from buying from LS? I’m pretty sure Androtics will have gel packs eventually, but until then…

Out of all the folks banned, 1 person to my knowledge there that deserves to be banned but hasn’t been, is J.V. Kohl himself. The guy that made SoE as alot of us are familiar with.
Anyone who was a member around a year ago over there, will difinitively recall how stuck up, abnoxious, rude, condescending, and disrespectful he was to a number of people. And for whatever reason, he was allowed to continuously down and discredit posters how and when he wanted if he didn’t like what they said, when he was in one of those moods. If I remember, to you too Belg. I recall him being warned quite a number of times.
He seemed to get better after a while, but I guess when your the author of a top selling product on the site, and a leading mind on pheromones, you get a free pass to do that kind of thing to people.
Yet others, myself included, were banned for much less if anything.
I think the issue here is consistancy. Mods there just aren’t consistant with what justified a banning and what didn’t, and didn’t bother to clarify alot of others obviously. Wich left alot of people left wondering, and like someone else here said, theorizing. I think Bruce being the Admin could of stepped up more and gave more clarity to those inquiring, being loyal customers. And I remember alot of loyalty over there for a good while before this site exploded. But I can’t imagine it’s the same level anymore.
Aside from that though, this thread has been relatively predictable. A good read, and I think people bring up valid points. And it’s refreshing how people can be civil here yet have differences and not have the thread locked up.
But in the end i’m not sure if anything is resolved, or was even worth defending knowing either side can’t win or be satisified. And it just brings up the same exact thoughts about how this reflects on you and LS from both perspectives as I posted initially.

Bumping this because once again, someone mentioned another company’s products (Pherone this time) and an LS former moderator decided to be extremely rude and downright patronising, to the individual concerned.
I have had great results from both the women’s Pherone products, and it totally makes my blood boil that everybody at LS appears to be shut down the moment they mention aother company’s products DO work.
Man..surely to goodness they realise people purchase from various companies when it comes to EVERYTHING in daily life?
Does everybody buy their groceries from one store? Do they heck, so why should pheromones be any different?

I simply posted in his thread over there about A314 (which he has just received for the first time) where he again attacks the “b-grade” web-page, as he calls it - that perhaps if he had shown willing to listen when people from here gave him truthful reports about A314, he wouldn’t now be asking how it works, and what is in it.
