So here I am earlier this morning, patiently waiting for my order to arrive at my house. I ordered A314 and P83. The doorbell rings, and i quickly look out my window to see that it’s the FedEx truck parked outside. I go open the door to pick up the package and to my surprise the FedEx man had two packages. I figured “oh, they must of put the free gift in the second envelope.” So I rush upstairs and quickly open the first package. I’m real anal when it comes to opening packages neatly and making sure which products came out of which package and so forth. I open up the package and wrapped in the green bubble wrap was my A314, P83, and the free gift of Instant Honesty 4x. I was so happy to get IH because that was going to be my next purchase. So there you have it, one package opened. So I begin to wonder… What in the world is in the second package? I begin to think that they send me two orders. I went on to say in my mind “there’s no way they could have.” So I open up the second package and BAM!, there was another A314, P83, and a TUTH freebie in there. I went ballistic. I was so happy that this is what I got for my very first order. I knew this had to be a mistake so after a few minutes of taking pictures of the products i decided to call AD to see what this was about. I ended up getting on the line with a Hispanic/Latino lady (I could tell by her slight accent) and she said If I returned it they would just end up throwing it away. She then told me since I was being honest that I could go ahead and keep the order and just enjoy it. So there it is, my lucky day.

Besides that, I’m really impressed at the way that AD handled the situation. Not for my own benefit of having two orders but how nice the lady was with me, and the noisy background on the phone that sounded like they were having fun :stuck_out_tongue:. I wish I would of asked her her name so I could give her a little bitty shout out on this post but I didn’t get it. Either way, whoever you are lady, thank you for your kindness!

There’s usually two people on the helpline, Steve and Mickaelia. It must have been Mickaelia, I would have to agree with you, the customer service is A+++ :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah no doubt, I mean in terms of total mones that’s almost a free 30ml of reg strength. Seriously use that SPARINGLY. One shot is plenty.

I got TUTH as a freebie! So it’s not only IO IS or IH… But since I’m 18, TUTH might be a little too high on none… Gonna be interesting to test out ^^

Finally got my MX297 today, at long last & some TCHO choccys & IO (TOGO)

Will report how the MX297 get on in a few weeks time when I’ve go to a big party at end of month.
