Currently the trend in retail is to trim inventory and keep stockpiles low. Everybody’s doing it, especially when inventory/tax season is nigh. You don’t wanna pay tax on excess inventory or tie money up on stuff that lies around. With that said, I feel your pain. Oddly I don’t care for most of the above mentioned products. But my favs are history too: classic A314 (7-moan version sold at LS), classic Ammo (original Nautica Competition scent) and TAA oil. So I’ve gotten back to basics: Alpha 7 and SOE. Actually a killer combo and oil based to boot. I sometimes tame it a bit with a zap or two of Instant Sexiness. Makes me into a sex animal with a sensitive spirit.
While we’re on the subject, I find most of the prices for the products that are actually IN stock to be very reasonable…save for TAH, am I reading something wrong or is that stuff actually a thousand bucks? Why? I mean TAL is only 30 bucks, why is TAH so expensive?
There assuredly must be a reporting user discount.
I can’t imagine anyone dropping a grand on mones unless its smell triggers a submissive state in the opposite gender’s mind where they will do anything you will say.
In that case, I think dropping a grand is more than reasonable.
I believe it’s priced so high to dissuade folks (unless you’re mighty desperate) from buying it, so that the remaining stockpile may be used for other uses (instant sexiness, MX products, etc…). The same goes for meo-est i think. Also, unlike myself, some of the long-standing patrons on this site have been waiting much longer than us newbies- imagine their pain knowing that some of this stuff may never surface again Oh well, the ‘deaths’ of certain products- comes with the territory of being able to buy mones on this site is how I think about it.
I don’t think that is the case. I think there’s more going behind the scenes, because the store, for the loooooooongest of times, use to NEVER be OUT OF STOCK of anything for more than a day or two, if that.
Out of stock now : A314, IS/a, IS/b, Ammo, Instant Shine , Tuth, P83.. wow ..
The more i’m waiting for a product to get back in stock, the more products are going away..

I also feel your pain. If someone works out what’s going on with the now long-running low stock problem then please let on… meanwhile there’s a thread I started on how to at least be notified when things come back into stock (because the Androtics “notify me” button doesn’t work). Lets hope this low-stock period is just temporary. I’ve started to buy the raw materials from other suppliers simply because I have no idea when - or even whether at all - certain products will be in stock again. I’d rather give my money to Androtics, but if they won’t let me?..
Another problem with having out of stock items is the possibility that people will make a run on the items once they get back in stock and horde them. I myself have a 30ml bottle of P83 so I’m peachy in that department. P86 however has been gone for 2 weeks now, and I’m very worried that by the time it gets back I’ll have to make another big purchase and horde that.
The recession is hitting everyone right now, and there are also some crazy things going on behind the scenes here as well. It’s unfortunate, but I’m confident Androtics will pull through…hopefully.:o
While the recession is still stinging things have been easing up. Retail and travel are on the upswing. Last week I was trying to book a flight to Vegas during Spring Break and seats were going fast 2 months ahead. Plenty of flights are sold out. Last year I booked a week before I left and had plenty of choice.
Hopefully AD is not selling off remaining stock & making a run for the border.
I might get flamed for saying this but I will say it anyway: I think it is great how they give away free samples or products, but I think they should stop doing it. Well, if it is affecting their long-run finance. It is great for us customers, but they should also think about maximizing their profits too, unless they are making a load of money. As long as it is nothing illicit, I don’t see how their trying to max out financial gain would be bad…
I’m no marketing expert, but providing free samples of product that is not in your order would allow you to try something which you may never have tried in the first place. Then, if it works, you give customers who do not frequent these forums to try out other products which they would otherwise not try (because their current ones do the trick already). It’s not like they give out 30ml bottles – just the ToGos in order for people to try out. I know, either one will still affect the influx of orders as people will be getting more product for their buck, but I think that the fact that people grow to love these gifts make them stick with AD as opposed to many of its competitors. After all, having Jacob send us handwritten notes with “Thanks” makes the company seem so much more personal and caring towards the customers and not appear for first time users as a complete scam.
I hope you’re right about the inventory/tax season Gegogi. I know in my industry, small business, many businesses are out of money first thing in January, especially if they have had a hard year.
The amount of people who judging by their advice think they could run a research business like Androtics is funny. Like n00bs who post advice in the introductions forum 5 days after they join
I don’t think the mixers have ever revealed the exact ingredients, proportions, and such that go into any of the mones. I don’t think it would be very good business sense to do so.
