I don’t think he felt a threat from me as I was still very candid and smiley… but it felt as though I am the subject matter expert and the CEO is trying to learn something from me.
My confidence was definitely boosted and I really felt relaxed in the interview. Can’t wait to try using that on my new Russian boss.. He is quite serious and I would like to see how things pan out with A314
