I’m not a big fan of CTTM2 by itself. Others have had good experiences with wearing it by itself, but I’ve found it works best for me as a buffer for other things, like TUTH or A314. Another thing to remember is that -nols by themselves may cause you to come off as too Beta (or soft). That’s another reason I like to use them with some -rone or -none. If this happens women may not pay as much attention to you if they want a “manly” man. Other men may walk all over you because you come off as soft and beneath them. But it’s really all about your attitude. You can wear CTTM and be actively talking to people and joking around and you will still come off as an Alpha male. But if you have it on and stand in a corner, or walk around sulking or with your head down, it’s just going to intensify the vibe of a Beta male.
