well i just got my instant shine, ammo and turn up the heat, i put on two sprays of shine, smells good, and i feel weird, i am not saying this from a placebo affect, only if something affects me do i say so, i feel almost like i am in control, i feel like i own the place , like i’m in my house, but i just walk around and i feel mellow and happy, i just love the smell, i just love the chair i’m sitting in, its awesome. hmm work tommorow, i think i shall try one spray of shine to the chest and one spray of ammo to the neck, should this help with a girl? like i will put on my jacket till i get to work, its only a couple minute ride, then i will take it off and see what it does and report back to you guys. but yea, is that how i shuold apply the pheremone, chest and neck, but man do i feel good.

Instant shine indeed makes you feel good. If you get into a conversation you will really enjoy it a lot. I think it helps you to stay in the present moment. Sadly the body tends to get used to the self effects after a while. You will have to probably go a week on and a week off if you wish to get them. I had a small bottle of shine once – and I flew through the fuckin thing. I am actually considering buying some more shine – but with the shipping costs I figure I will wait until there is something else of note that I want to try. I already have enough mones to test and apply for what is most likely going to be the rest of the year. I love shine though. It’s great.
Thats awesome man.. as for work tomorrow I might just stick with the shine I havent had much experiance with Ammo I just ordered my first togo of it yesterday so i dont really know what to tell you about Ammo and work, but it seems to me like Ammo is more geared towards Bar/Clubs/Big Parties.

Dude I woudnt recommend Spraying Ammo and Heat together Unless you know what they do for you 1st by testing your Androstenone Compatibility Levels Out first Unless you want to get agrressive behaviour from other males. 
Try some Ammo 1st and see what it does for you, best one to test and try out 1st IMO…

j made some good points. I usually use ammo during daytime and I find tuth works wonders for me for night time activities such as clubs and bars or even a party paired with the instant lines.
