I am male, 28 and she is 34. We have 3 years and 2 months together.
She has had a rough time at work and her dog died while I was away and she came to the conclusion that we are not right for each other because of my spartan way of doing things. I was thinking of an Alpha A314, IShine, IOpeness combo. I would throw P96 in there aswell. I understand what you are saying with trying one ingredient at a time but I don t know how many more dates we have until we close shop. I am trying to get the one combo that gives me the biggest chance.
There might be someone in her life who got her attention, I can t tell for sure.
If she s interested in other guy I need to get that interest back. We have good chemistry that s why I was trying a more intimal approach with TUTH and AMMO, maybe she will get carried and forget about the problems for a change.

If she hates your spartan way of doing things, I’d sure keep A314 out of there for now, but I must admit I’m not 100% familiar with that expression and I might be mistaken on its meaning (I’m not an english native, lol). If you think you have very few shots, with her, and are looking for a mix idea, I can give you my best guess. But don’t forget you can try products with other people before as well to fine the good tuning on your person. I’d try IShine, IHonesty and Ammo to start with. Consider spraying IH on your wrists to protect yourself from the self effect, you want to maximize effects on your girl. For other products, the neck is fine. Regarding the initial dosage? You could try 2 sprays of IShine (sides of neck), 1 spray of IH split between wrists and 1 spray of Ammo to throat. All this based on 1X strength. If things go well and you feel you need a boost of romance add a second spray of Ammo to same spot a bit later in the evening. Other users will prbably drop by with their own suggestions. Good luck.

The thing is we had big plans together and I made some big choices without really consulting her. She has a very powerful personality and I have hurt her. Now she is running away from the relationship. We really have a good thing going and I wanna fight for it.

It may be tough and I hope that she has not already made up her mind that things won’t work out because that can be very tough to bring things back and whatever happens just be prepared if things don’t work out. I do not want to discourage you, just want to be honest in case that does happen.
As far as pheromones your very absolute best bet would be to look at the Men’s Ultimate Kit because you would get everything in one kit and at a discount already on top of the $25GC including the A314 in spray form. This way there is no guess work, you would just not get any single molecules in the kit unless they send you the weekly freebie to test and try. This would be the very first option.
What you will want to do is try and build the attraction and the trust back up before anything else. So here is what I would do,
You will want to use the Ammo to start with. Very balanced and you can not go wrong with it. I would not use any IO and the reason is the Ammo has a shared mone in it and this should be enough to help her open up and any extra IO will get her chatty, but she will get chatty about random things and you want a more meaningful deep conversation and you will want IH instead down the road.
So I would start with Ammo and then maybe add some IShine to the Ammo a little down the road to build things back up. This is where I would start.
Then I would add the IH for a bonding/deep conversations to help you get to the root of the issues that she feels are between you 2 and be prepared to hear anything and to work thru the issues.
This is where I would start. Now I would normally suggest the TUTH, but what I would do is see where you are at after these 2 steps and I am actually thinking that IG might be a good choice after this to help her see you as more mature and appear you like you have things together with her being a little older.
So depending on how things are going after these 2 steps I would either,
Maybe use a IG/Ammo setup with some IH if you feel she is not quite ready to really open up
or 2. If things are going well you could try a very small amount of TUTH like 1/2-1 spray with Ammo for more a attraction and the TUTH will sexualize the Ammo and make it more useable for general use around her.
With her being 34 you will have a little more lead way on a stronger sexual mix.
To start it is always best to solo test so you get the very best dose for you and we can get you in the ballpark, but you will still have to test because everyone is different on there chemistry.

I second Conjurator’s advice on fine tuning with other people. I would suggest finding a woman or group of women of similar or same race and age, and try mixes on them before using on her.

Deal with the problem using an old-school trick. Communication. Set up a day that you two can be alone and talk. IShine + IHonesty is a good combo for that purpose. You can even add IO, or use the IShine + CTTM2 combo.
Now after clearing the clogs up, you can now return to your regular IShine + AMMO combo, building up the attraction anchored in happy vibes. And become unpredictable by changing your sig from AMMO+Ishine into IG+IShine every two days. She’ll want it. Girls do love to solve mysteries after all.
This step is not a quickie one though. Rebuilding a broken relationship does not have a shortcut.
