Yes, according to Jasmin it will be eventually restocked. Its expensive to make and they needed to test some other molecules. Just like the rest of us Androtics has to budget there money and time. Sometimes they have to let one thing go for a while to synthesize something else.
You have members asking for all sorts of products and while this company is growing its still only has so many hands to get things done.
So no product is ever gone forever its just not in the current line up.
Scent is very important in the sense that it binds with the mones molecules and diffuses them. Without diffusion you have nothing. As Michael said “diffusion is king” .
People have the misconception that just a cologne with good sillage will do the trick with unscented but they forget it needs to bind with the mone molecules. I always suggest getting scented because Basically, the fixatives and highly diffusive molecules which androtics uses are found in the scent package, which then bind to pheromones and regulate the rate and path of dispersion.
I dont suggest this unless you have a lot of experience with mones. They are costly and adding to them can throw off the balance and ratio unless you know how to do it.
I would go for this option first. It will not solve the issue but it will certainly help.
DPG is what they use in the products I believe, so diffusion would be the same or at least not slow it. Just remember you do not want to dilute consumer products. Its different when mixing the chem set mones offered in the experimone section.
Just get some D&G Pour Homme, it smells great to women, and it works great for diffusion, plus I found out not knowing it has neroli in it, but is blended nicely so it is not overpowering. It actually has 17 ingredients in it so really hard to tell all of them since it is so well done and is one of the #1 bestsellers since 1994
If you do not have any go to sephora and get a sample to try it out they love to give some samples and those samples can last a while to see if you like it
oh yeah one more thing do not overspray or people will hate you LOL, just spray once on chest, once on throat, and behind ears just like where you put pheros and you are all set
Does anyone know of a method to mix scents with unscented consumer sprays? It will throw off the ratio but isn’t the percentage of scent like 6% anyway? Can you just mix it very well and let it sit for 48 hours or something?
No there is no perfect solution to this because the ratio is worked out before they make the mix and they take that into consideration before making it. If you mix it in a scent you will dilute it. For instance when they sell you a mix at 100% (all the needed ingredients present) the 6% for scent is already configured in to that 100% . If you add something to that its not 100% anymore its 106% and you have diluted the mix.
Not only that but the binding molecules are in the scent package this binds the mones to the scent so when the scent leaves the body so do the mones. Some people misunderstand this by thinking the neroli is the binder. Thats not what MH said he said the binders are found in the scent package.
If it doesn’t bind it effects how the products work.
If it were me I would just layer a neroli consumer product with it. I never get unscented with the consumer products because even with the best cologne cover they just are not as effective for me the the scented ones.
I only get unscented with raw mones when I want to make a mix and even then most times I buy the lightly scented neroli so the binders are in it.
Now since your in a bind and already have them unscented you can try this…
You wouldn’t be diluting it tremendously so you could try adding a high sillage scent to it. Try 0.25ml of scent to a 5 ml bottle. You may need to use more sprays or adjust your dosage some to see the same results you would from the regular products. Keep in mind this is a risk though so you want to test it out first in small dosages
To reduce the risk of ruining mones try this
Do you have any empty to go bottles ? You can try this so you dont waste them… Spray the products into the to-go bottle instead of using a pipette. So your just making one or two applications at your normal dosage. Then spray the cologne you want in there in the amount you would normally use. Gently swish it around so it mixes then spray it on. This way you can test before you mix larger amounts of anything and see how it works and adjust the ratios as needed.
