I have a question here. I spray IS twice on my neck but soon after several minutes I was not able to smell it anymore. Then I spray it on my wrist but also after about 5 minutes, I could hardly smell it even putting my nose very near to my wrist. Even when my nose touches my wrist, I almost couldn’t smell anything.
The same goes to the TUTH. I spray it twice on my neck but couldn’t smell it after about 5 minutes. I doubt it works as I couldn’t smell it.
IS, TUTH and all the instants are in Neroli, which settles to a very light background scent after a few minutes and will then diffuse away nicely for up to six hours, depending on conditions. However, you will get used to that scent faster and I’d be very surprised if you will be able to smell it after a short while. You may be able to smell stronger cologne scents like FF21 for a bit longer but yes, you will get used to even those after a couple of hours but they will be more discernible to others for a good bit longer.
Remember scent is just the carrier for the pheros, not the pheros themselves.
There are a lot of different factors that can affect how long you can smell the scent. The pheromones are the important part of it. Do you notice any changes in the way you feel after the scent is gone? You can try one of the oils. The fragrance in them will last longer.
The scent just carriers the pheromone molecules. Most people become acclimated to scents after the apply it after a certain amount of time. Just because you have acclimated to the scent doesnt mean the mones are not there and working.
I also have Scent of Ero. At first, the scent was strong and last quite long. I didn’t expose it to prolonged sunlight or left the cover opened. Now, two months later I found that the scent is much weaker and doesn’t last as long. Q1) Does it still work as good?
Later, I even dropped the bottle (SOE) to the ground and the bottle is slightly broken. Being phobia to glass, I quickly wash it with tap water to get rid of the broken glasses. Some water may have gone into the content. Maybe one or two drops of tap water have mixed with the mones. Q2) Does the mones still work well despite contaminated by one or two drops of tap water? The tap water may have chlorine.
Q1 Again scent is just the carrier not just with AD products but with all products. Do not judge effectiveness by the smell.
Q2 Now you have a problem because the bottle has been compromised. I am not as concerned about the water getting in as I am the mones diffusing out or bacteria entering the bottle. I cant say for sure if it has affected the mix yet but it will eventually.
What if the crack on the bottle is not deep enough to reach the content? The bottle is quite thick and the crack doesn’t reach the content. However, one or two drops of tap water has touch the rubbing surface where it is used to rub on the skin. Maybe a faction of the one or two drops of tap water has gone into the content.
OK I thought you meant the water seeped through the crack. If the crack docent go all the way through it should be fine and they water on the roller top wont get in so it should be fine.
