Hey everyone. I’m going to set this thread up similar to Panda's Phero Adventures with much more focus on setting and achieving goals.
A little background: I’m an 18 year old Caucasian from Indianapolis. More details including my product list and various reports can be found in pandas phero adventures.
This thread will be updated as i make new goals and refine existing ones.
New Goals:
Become a better businessman. I am an IT consultant and I wish to move my clientele from mainly home users to business users. Some obstacles that may arise are more complex needs and a greater need for trust. Businesses want someone they can fall back on. Someone they know will be there when shit hits the fan. A314 has helped build the trust i seek and i will continue to post about this when i see it happening.
A business partner is coding software and I am in charge of project management, selling it, and making any connections needed to complete the project. To do this i also need a high level of trust but also an open aura that draws high valued businessmen into seeking a relationship (or at least be open minded to doing business with me). As the software progresses i will reveal some of it’s uses and more specific sales goals and how pheromones helped or hindered.
3)Become self motivated. Since alot of my friends left for college, i switched high schools, and i got into some legal trouble (nothing to serious since i was 17 but i will have it looming over my head until i complete probation in 7 months from September) i’ve been faced with stress and anxiety. This has been keeping me from school consistently 2-3 days a week. This is hindering other goals including college and friendships. To overcome this i have been in therapy and i am going to take anti anxiety medication for a short time to see its effects. Visionary recommended some pheromones to try. I may go that route as well.
Increase high value relationships. I have had success in this area and i need to keep focusing to better align myself. Pheromones have played the biggest part in this area of my life. Most of my phero adventures reflects on this goal specifically. Attracting high value women is also a goal here :]. I love women haha .
Achieved Goals:
Hopefully i didn’t bore you to death. My plan is to make updates once every 5 business days unless a big breakthrough happens documenting what i’ve done to achieve these goals and how pheromones have helped or hindered.
Way to go. I’ve recently put a huge whiteboard on my desk, outlining all my goals or the things I need to do to reach my goals. We’ll see if it holds up.
I’ve been reading I can’t believe i get paid to do this which is a motivational business book which teaches skills as well. This has inspired me to keep a positive look and i realize even though i’m not a millionaire i’m closer than i was last week. I had 7 hours of work last week and 5 hours of work this week. Although not many hours i am making the same amount with 5 hours of work doing IT as i do with 35 hours of work with waiting tables.
Made a business partner with a web designer with a masters degree so maybe that will help as well.
Short term: Have multiple jobs lined up for next week.
Medium term: Have new website in the process of design for marketing and showing potential clients a portfolio of my work and services.
Long term: No goals in this area as of yet. Ultimately a good job and great pay.
This is slowly shaping into place. This project is in the brainstorming phase but the base application is being beta tested right now. Once that is finished we can start piling a customized solution ontop. More details when it is closer to completion but this software would be perfect for keeping track of pheromone data.
No info on when i will start on anxiety meds but they include zoloft or lexepro. I’ve been reading a book called a new life awakening your life’s purpose. I’m about half way through now. Still not going to school but i’ve never been big on that anyways. I have been packing and also i’ve been studying for some certification exams i plan on taking. Hopefully i get them done soon. They are very hard. I have 2 500+ page reference books that cover one of the exams lol. I am done with the first book and the second has been collecting dust. Oh well good progress so far i just gotta keep it up.
More info will be available soon but made some high value friends recently and i’m kindeling new relationships right now. Also met a couple girls. Plans to hang with one of them saturday or sunday. A high value girl sent me a message i missed a month ago and we are going to get together sometime soon. All good news.

Main thing for you is to
Stay outta trouble..not only is it stressful, but time/money consuming..
I should know, I came from a BAD neighborhood, and had to fight all of that JUST to get where I am today
In IT, you’re never really “off-work”..especially when owning your own company…they dont care if you’re on vacation, they want answers..sometimes at 2 in the morning..some ppl are workaholics, and there is nooo changing them. BUT they pay the bills, so what can ya do.

Wow thanks for the offer. I will definitely keep that in mind. What is the IT firm called? I’ve worked with Lee with SMS from Arizona a few times. What kind of work do you do?
I think i want to sell high end routing equipment for Cisco since its such a sure fire way to make money but i also think that owning a sub contracting firm for IT would be fun too. Basically to link up talented IT staff to businesses on a contract basis.
Done with that. It was all fun and games at 17. Good to see you made it where you want to be.
Thanks for all the advice and i’ll definitely take you up on the offers in the future as the need arises.
Little updates:
Made a little over 600 after expenses this week. WOW. I’m very excited to make that much without putting in 55 hours . Lol. I also lined up 2 more, albeit small, jobs this week so i will have some computer work and i have 2 more jobs for sometime in the next 2 weeks. Also met a 20 year old kid who is studying marketing/management and is trying to open up a 18+ club in indianapolis. He is interested in using me for IT needs. I also set him up with an interior designer. That will help my social status because i know he will do a great job.
Making progress on my website. I’m hoping to have it up sometime in the next month to show you guys. Its a genius idea from my friend. Going to use the logo and colors to brand everything i use including business cards, letter heads, emails, and etc. Hopefully i can give off a more professional vibe and have an attractive showcase of my portfolio.
Another update. I’ve been reframing my relationships to a fun outlook with a focus on meeting people versus getting stuff and its turning out great. It explains alot of the small successes i’ve been having including a busy IT work week and meeting 2 new girls which i’ll post about in my panda phero adventures blog :].
