Greetings! My name is Joe and have been interested in the science of pheromones for some time. All the way back in high school, there was always been a “need to know” more about what pheromones top use and when best to use them.
I’ve know I’ve wasted $$$ in the past just buying mainstream on impulse, solely based on marketing. At 18, I first bought a pheromone cologne called Andros. It was advertised in in a magazine by Adam & Eve. When it arrived in the mail, I was looking forward to smelling this androstene based pheromone cologne, just to find that it “stunk”. I was like: “who the heck would wear this stuff to try and attract girls?” I was disappointed and asked for a refund. Later in college, I was prompted to read an article entitled “Gym Pheromones” by my own psychology instructor. It mentioned the theory of basic “primal-based” attraction of males and females and that our own natural occurring pheromones are released at their height when we are in our most competitive state. The specific smell of our perspiration (both males and females) when we are about to physically compete, can be a big factor in attracting the opposite sex. Then the sweat during the physical activity is when our most natural occurring pheromones are released. When we’ve slowed down after the physical activity and regular “body odor” type perspiration initiates is when our pheromones diminish. Now that was based on his personal research at our school and asked 20 male and female athletes to participate. Accurate? I doubt it, but it was refreshing to read a publishing based on trial and error.
Anyway, I steered away from female attractant formulas, just because I’d concluded that it’s our own confidence and ambition that would attract the opposite sex…and maybe some good cologne! Because it’s ALWAYS nice to hear: “what is that nice scent you’re wearing?”, right? I know research and development of just about everything has improved since I was 18. To find that there were now more pheromone products out there on the internet was overwhelming! From review and ratings pages to seeing websites advertising “the best pheromone product ever”. It finally got me at ease when I stumbled across this forum and thought I’d see what everyone else had to say and suggest. Impressive is what I think of this forum so far.
So kudos to all who’ve contributed. as I’ve already read and learned what may work best. Many of you have obviously done your research. testing with trial and error. I thank your for your commitment. See you on the threads. -JT

Yes there are lots of products out there you can end up wasting your money on that are not effective.
Its not athletic activity or competitive states that makes us secrete mones although we do during that time. We actually secrete them all the time in conjunction with our thoughts and emotions. For instance when your feeling happy and at ease you secrete certain pheromones that help cause that feeling in others. When your scared you secrete pheromones that signal that.
There are also mones that speak of your biology. These signal if your male or female, fertile, aroused, healthy etc etc.

You are in ther right place if you want to learn about pheromones, how to use them and whsat to expect. There´s a ton of information created by the users of this forum during years. All the info here is based on trial en error, so I guess you will enjoy it.

Anyway, the search function is your best frined once you know what products you want to know more about, so get yourself familiar with it.
I agree with you. It´s your confidence and ambition, your attitude, what treally attracts a lady. However, mones can be a part of thgat, and also will help you to project the certain qualities or personality traits taht you want to convey. Mones are not going to do all the job for you, but can give you a nice boost once you are heading the right direction.
Sorry to see you have been through the shonky end of the market before finding here - I hope you will find this place far better. True tho that not all pheros work well for everyone but hopefully you will find the ones that do soon. Also remember that pheros themselves are not the whole story - you need to demonstrate the behaviours to back them up and to that end, there is a lot here to help you in overall self improvement.
Smell, whell that’s a mor awkward one. People demonstrate a very wide range of responses to the scent of pheros and while a good cover scent does help, some will still be very sensitive ans discern a right stink, even at the smallest quanties, whilst others will smell nothing at all at even much higher doses. Most will sit somewhere inbetween. Much the same can be said about responses to pheros - some will hit negatively, a few will hit very, very positively and most will respond on a range inbetween depending on the phero, your biology, behaviours, the social situation and other factors related to their culture/personality.
This is just one of those things about human biology/behaviour, we are all different.
So don’t take just one good or bad response as it - Test as wide a range of people and ages as you can, the nyou will get a better idea of how pheros work for you.
