I think you may be on to something with P75. I’ve been wondering the same thing since the first day I tried it. I can’t wait to read how it goes in other mixes.

Not enough buffers. This mix (i think) was too strong of a presence. I will say that in the begining I felt great. Very balsy, mascaline and bold, but after 2 hours I had some self OD symtoms. I had alot of teeth grinding, and anxiety. I need to find better buffers for this mix. You know, I am finding this alot with high -none mixes. I dont think I OD’ed to everyone else. I did not see any symptoms of it. Not to mention that it was a bad testing night. There were alot of dudes and not alot of woman. They start out well buffered, then sometimes lead to ODing.
Because of this, I am wanting to know more about oil based phero’s. High -none would be buffered longer by a slow release, oil based social mix.
That would be very cool to have something high in ~none that was oil based. I could see how that’d work VERY nicely. I read on here somewhere that Steve was trying some oil based versions of his ICM mixes. I wonder if those ever panned out.
I was actually one of the people that got some of the oil based ICM mix, and just finished testing it this past week. GREAT STUFF. It is because of this mix that my curiosity about oil based mixes has been peaked. I would love it if someone would teach me how to do it.
I have not read anyone elses review of these scents. Blind Test.
FF20-I think it smells alot like Polo. I wore it in high school to seem older. Now that I’m older, I think it smells like something my grandfather would wear. Woodsy, heavy, and strong. I think this would be very hard to cover. The scent could be very strong at 3 sprays, but might be really good for diffusion.
EDIT: Too strong. At one spray its like… in my clothes. I just got out of the shower and I can still smell it on me. I keep catching wiffs of it on my couch and everything.
Edit: This is very, very strong at 3 sprays. This would be VERY hard to cover, and seems to be a bit overpowering.
I would not want to wear this as a stand alone scent.
I dont see this scent appealing to woman under the age of 40.
FF21-Light and cool(temperature wise), subtle and fruity. After drydown, a very citrusy note remains. Not bad. It would probably be easy to cover. Its ok. I do feel like I might want to find a cologne to cover it. The citrus notes are high. Maybe fruit tart-ish. Summer-like. After complete drydown…a citrus dandylion necter. Im sorry I have to say this, i’m getting a bit of a floor cleaner scent here.
**Note-**I covered it with Very Sexy for Men just to see how it would be. It covers it quite nice.
FF22-It seems to smell like bug spray, like the orange can of CUTTER or OFF. Very soapy potporri. Flowery and purfume-ish. Its not the “old” AMMO scent but it is in the same ballpark. After drydown, a little bit of the bug spray scent has gone away and has left a scent a potporri jar. I smeel like an old ladies car air freshner. I dont think I like it. At all. Powdery, feminine. No, i dont like this. I could see woman over 40 liking this…as a new perfume for themselves.
If I had to pick one, I would pick FF21. I would not walk into a store and buy it, but I would be able to cover it. I dont think the other 2 could be covered easily, and would not want to wear them regularly.
We are supposed to be honest here so I am going to be. I wear AMMO everyday to work, and I really would not want to wear any of these as my signature, everyday scent. Could I wear FF21 for the advantages that phero’s bring me, yes, but I would cover it. Honestly, I wish it was still Game scented. Game is the only scent I have used from AD that I would walk into a store and buy.
Thank you to AD for giving me the privilege of testing these new scents. It can’t be easy to come up with a scent to appeal to the masses. I appreciate your effort, and love the idea of you releasing them to us for feedback. Other companies would not go that far. Again, thank you.
DAMN IT!!! So, I figured I would beat the system and order a 30ml of A-nol, a 30ml of Erone, and a 30 ml of Enone, all at 7.5 mcg with 20% Game. But there is no Enone in the store. A good idea gone bad.
Today is a sad day. I went to the store to look for some pure -none and it is still out of stock. That is not the bad news. The bad news is, as I scrolled through the scents, GAME scent…is gone. Yes, the one cologne I really ever liked is now gone. I have said it before, and I will now say it again, I HAVE NEVER GOT MORE COMPLIMENTS ON A COLOGNE THAN I DID WITH GAME SCENT. Just today I had a woman say “when was the last time I told you I love how you smell”? “if you dont remember…I love the way you smell” The worst part is I never found a cologne that smells even close to it. There is an AXE product that smells close, but it smells cheap, and plastic like.
I am not trying to beat a dead horse, but I am quite sad. I wish it was still an option.

I wholeheartedly sympathize with you on the Game situation. I’ve had women nuzzle my neck repeatedly commenting on how great it smells. What better place to expose targets to mones than at ground zero, and letting them do all the work.
I’ve read back on threads claiming Game smells like Cool Water, Hugo Boss, and Nautica Competition Relaunch. Most interesting was a post by Tisha stating “I never smelled cool water to tell you the truth but Michael the maker of AMMO and the man who commissioned the scent said its simular (sic) to cool water and Hugo boss. I figure I will take his word for it LOL”
Gegogi posted a little further down in the same thread that “Yep, Ammo smells exactly like Nautica Competition (yellow bottle with black graphics)…” (thanks for the heads up on that Gegogi).
I’ve ordered sample sized bottles of each and will do a comparison.
I certainly don’t understand why it wasn’t left as an option. There are the haters, and to each their own, but enough people seem to like it to keep it around. I wouldn’t have spent almost $300 on the last 4 bottles of Game scented 2X Ammo if I didn’t like it. Maybe Mr. Harris can chime in here and let us know what the reasoning was behind the change.
I did get a chance to smell v1.8 Ammo when my 2X order got a little messed up. Not impressed. At all. I’d try covering before wearing that as a stand alone, if I even buy it period. Anyone remember “New” Coke back in the '80’s? Hopefully this attempt to re-invent the wheel doesn’t turn into a marketing fiasco like that. I’ll shut up now. :o

OK, I’m not an authority or spokesperson by any means, but I heard that Amy asked Steve to remove the option because they were out of it and didn’t want people trying to order anything customized with Game scent because they wouldn’t be able to fulfill on the order.
I don’t think that means the Game scent is gone forever, just that it’s not available right now.
I also heard that have have new Ammo scents that they’ll be testing soon, if not already.
Dont take this as gospel because I could be wrong, but that’s what I heard. You could of course call Steve and find out straight from the horses mouth though.

The added 272 was for extra cover for the the cops stench. That night was the first time I had ever worn cops. I picked up some EOW in a trade, and thought that one drop in a 5 ml of IJ would be a decent amount to dilute. Don’t take my word on the diluting, I have no idea what I am doing. All the cops info I had bookmarked disappeared with the Liquid Lust thread. What I will say is, based upon this one night of testing, having cops in IJ makes a BIG difference then when its not. Based upon what I saw I really wish I had opted for IH instead of IO.
I got to the bar early to get a bar seat. This bar (Mallard Club) has a huge turnover on the weekend. most start there and then continue to more crowded spots later. I have had some decent luck when I go here. I get a stool and chill for a bit while waiting for people to show. 3 people come in, 2 dudes and a girl(a). Girl is quite cute. Girl sits right next to me. about 3 min later another girl(b) comes in and sit 2 stools over. She is by herself
So I wait. its my first night with this mix and I was really just looking for reactions. Oh, before I forget, there were 3 bartenders, all female. After 8-10 min the girl that came in with the guys starts doing the hair flip. I mean, really getting into it. 3-4 min later, the sweatshirt comes off, exposing her her shoulders and cleavage. Every 2 min or so she makes an excuse to shift or peak in my direction. So she gets back to hair flipping, I look over at the other girl next to me and she is flipping her hair all over the place. I glance back behind the bar, and 2 of the 3 bartenders are playing with their hair. It was nuts. I have never seen anything like it. So (a) flips her hair and nails me with it. Her “oh I’m sorry” Me “no your not, you were just trying to get my attention” She laughs and we start some good, flirty, dialog. We talked for about 10 min, and she got up and went to the bathroom. I look over and (b) is looking over at me so I initiate a convo with her. She had a bad energy. I picked up on it right away but still made good, smiley convo with her.
Meanwhile, the bartenders keep coming over to check on how I am doing and kinda join in on the conversations. Whats weird is the bartender(c) that comes over the most is working the other side of the bar. We are not even her responsibility. I start talking to (a) again, and she is giving me crazy body language. Major shoulder and body leaning. She tells me its her friends birthday, and they are meeting more friends at a club. I said “cool, sounds like a fun night”. She says " I really dont want to go, but I feel like I should because I promised I would." She was hesitant to leave. She stayed on the stool as her friends were practically out the door. I said " I have plans to check out this breakfast bistro tomorrow morning, I am writing a review of it for my website(, you should join me." She gave me a huge smile, and nodded yes. I said “cool, put your # in my phone and I will call you when I decide I’m going” Cheek kiss, and she was out.
Now, I started talking to (b) again. She was a bit more upbeat, and a bit more drunk. She was drinking some “organic” version of Jager. It tasted like herby dirt to me. We talked, and she seemed relly interested. I said " I feel like playing darts, you wan to go somewhere and play some darts when we finish these drinks." she agrees. Now, somehow in a different convo with me she mentions she has a boyfriend. I kind of sit back with a surprised look on my face, and her entire demeanor changed. She got wicked(yes Im from Boston)pissy and came out with "dont you judge me because I have a boyfriend. Im like,. She grabs her purse and rushes off. I figure WTF, im going to finish my beer and take off.
I go to the bathroom and (b) is outside crying and stuff. I say “everything ok?” She said “no, just leave me alone.” I figure whatever.
I go back to the bar to pay my tab, sign my slip and hand it back to (c). She says “you taking off” I say “yea I gotta go meet some friends” She then proceeds to tell me what days she is the next week. She said I should come back Monday because its slow. Nice!!!
I went to another bar and had more hair flip hits. I had a girl that was standing by me, come up to the bar to order a drink and sit on my lap as she waited for her drink. I had a girl continiously boob me every time she turned around. Awesome hits all night. This combo will definetly be tested again.
What I am surprised at is that I went a full 4 hrs without my socials running out. I have been having problems when wearing high -none and my buffers running out, and I end up edgy and teeth grinding. Maybe the 289, 272.
Also, I am finding that with only 1 drop of A314, I am alot more approachable when wearing high -none. Mark has been wearing IG with a high -none sig. and has been having good success. It makes me wonder if it would work well in place of the A314. I have tried IG and IJ in the past, and did not get alot good responses. I guess I have to add to the test list.
Oh, and cops stink. As in funky. If I keep wearing them, I need to find a younger scented musk or something for cover. Game seemed to have a tough time covering it.

I wore this again last night, and i think I might have OD’d. Im not sure why I could have awesome hits one night, and then OD another night wearing the same thing. Strange. Maybe the first night I wore it I lucked out and was around alot of ovulators. I guess when your upwards of 40 mcg’s of -none, your walking a very fine line.
I will test this again but ive been thinking of dropping it to 2x of IJ and adding 2x of Heavy AMMO (thank you Miko) for extra buffer and cologne cover. The cops stink worse every time I wear this.
