Natural pheromones guy - why are women staring at me so much some days ?

hi everybody,
the intro is followed by a question so please read on…

INTRO

iam NOT currentlly using any artificial pheros (last used in october 2008), although i have a few at home (AMMO, A314…)

iam experimenting with my body to make it produce and sustain natural pheromones the natural way…

i do this in 3 ways:

  1. diet
  2. maximum restriction of chemicals via food and drugstore products
  3. sexual abstinence combined with amateurish sexual joga to conserve sperm and sexual energy

to be honest i dont get much results or hits, nothing compared to stories told on pherotalk forums, my progress is invisible, but i carry on because the overal benefits of healthy diet and chemicals restriction go beyond pheromones…

QUESTION

i do however have some very “special” days, randomly once a month or so…

i get out of the house in the morning and throughout the day i get so many looks from girls and even older women (30-40) and the “seriousnes” and frequency of the eye-contacts is SO STRIKINGLY different compared to my average days where i get only glances at best… it almost freaks me out everytime - iam quite a shy guy, and have a fantastic girlfriend, no kidding…

during a single “special day” i get quite a nice collection of:

a) LONG TRACKING eye-contacts from girls passing me on street (they keep looking until I pass them) they can even hold their boyfriend while we keep looking at each other
b) REPEATED eye-contacts (like a girl who keeps peeking at me during a short metro voyage, i look at her every time, she looks away but she cannot resist to look again in a while)
c) ACROSS THE ROOM (ALMOST ACCIDENTAL) eye-contacts (like when i have a lunch with colegues and i suddenly look across the restaurant - almost like being drawn to look there - and i see a nice girl staring right back at me)

am I just paranoid, wishful or “halucinating” ?
maybe iam just horny and its all just my percieved difference !

or else… guys can have some naturaly reocurring days when their attractivity to women peaks above normal, i wouldnt be supprised it these days would occur in some sort of natural cycle or rhythm (something vaguely similar to hormonal cycle in women that is responsible for their attractivness to man and also their menstrual periodicity) it may all have to do with pheromone signals, smell, etc., so i cannot thing of better place to ask than a PHEROMONE TALK…

Do anybody of you experience similar feelings that you have, from time to time, an unusually “special day” ?
Please note in you answer if you use artificial pheros or not…

Most definetly… I have days where everything clicks into place - everybody seems into me - conversations flow like the river. Back when I used to club alot there were days when it seemed like I could have any girl in the bar - at the time I was pheromone free… I think it is probably a combination of emotional cycle and physical cycles

I have experience similar things. I can’t really say what it is, but there are definite ‘cycles’ to these ‘special days’. Usually it just feels like I’m on a roll, everything’s just working out how it should. I’ve noticed that the cycles are around 2 weeks. The ‘special days’ might be especially noteworthy or just better in contrast to the weeks prior.

great… so iam not freaking out…

to verify my point i went to shopping mall immediatelly after writing the initial post and i was deliberatelly trying to make eye-contact with every girl i passed in the mall… i spend 30 minutes casually crusing up and down the mall and carefully waited for any girl approaching me to meet eye to eye… but all the girls were passing me without even turning their heads my way… i got NO eye contact whatsoever… ZERO… the girls didnt even notice me passing them… i was invisible to the girls…

maybe on top of “special days” when your attractivness is at the peak, there are also “negative days” when you might be downright repelling and “inferior” to women… they dont even give you a glance and just pass you without notice…

Yeah, that’s what I’m saying. There seems to be a balance…if things go really badly one day, things will go equally well another day, and vice versa.

whats weird and bit disturbing is that my mood and psychology during “special days” doesnt show ANY signs of abnormality compared to any other day in the month… iam still a shy guy, not very cool with nice girls, i DONT feel more sexy, attractive, chatty, cool with girls… i can even be angry or stressed, trying to do my shopping or any day duties but the girls keep eye-contacting me…

i remember few years ago we were criusing the city with my best friend (he is quite cool guy with girls, not shy around girls) and all of a sudden he cried out “why the hack the girls keep gazing at me all the day”… his tone of voice was something like “what a creepy day, hahaha” or “this is a bit too much, whats going on here, give me a break”…

he wasnt chatty or provoking that day, actually the sudden overhelming interest from women was agitateing him a bit… puting him off his ussual “whats up dude” character :slight_smile:

iam naturally interested in sexual communication, including pheromone signals and hormonal systems, their influence on human body and mind, their effect on our mood, sexual response, maybe even attractivness…

there is a plenty of studies about connection between women’s hormonal levels and their percieved attractivness to males… its of course all based on the simple fact that hormonal levels in woman correspond with fertility… BUT there is a scarce evidence or studies about male’s percieved attractivness and what triggers it, drives it, modulates it…

i am currentlly maintaining a little diary of the “special days” to see if i can trace back any patterns, cycles or preceding events that might be triggering or accompanying the “special days”…

maybe by extrapolating the best “special days” and worst “negative days” inside one month i might recognize a curve or some repeating pattern…

currentlly iam trying to note down day to day significant changes in my:

  1. diet (that might influence sweat chemical composition - aka natural pheromone levels in sweat and the breakdown byproducts of sweat)

  2. sexual activities (that might influence natural pheromone production, via hormonal depletion)

  3. recently i started to study basic astrological specifics that might be typical for all “special days” (like lunar phase, zodiac sign of the moon for that day, etc.)

ill see if i can trace back some similarities between “special days”…

currentlly i am the only person i know observing this phenomena of “special days” i couldnt find any traces of similar findings or suggestions on google…

would you suggest any “search terms” to put inside google search to find anything on the subject of “natural peaks in male’s attractivnes throughout a month”…

any materials, web pages, search directions, suggestions, hints would be greatlly appreciated…

You might want to start with peaks in testosterone production. Isn’t -none a byproduct of testosterone production?

i am almost sure that part of the transmiting signal between me and the girls that eye-contact me during the “special days” is carried by pheromones, which are natural byproducts of hormones in the body and thus pheromone levels copy the levels of hormones…

the question is: what makes the testosterone rise during the “special days” and is there some way to predict the “special days” or even control their occurance on demand via DIET, SEXUAL PRACTICE, EXCERCISES, JOGA, ETC.

there seem to be days when an ordinary guy turns into an attractive and sexy male just by a nature’s quirk that plays with the mixture of hormones inside his body… isn’t that worth exploring and mastering ? its a hidden potential inside every guy to become sexual magnet…

First, that’s assuming testosterone and its related byproducts are the only factors. I don’t think that’s the case. I don’t know what the other factors are, but I’m sure there is more to it.

Second, if you want to measure testosterone, blood tests can determine your t-levels. The problem is that you would need to not only establish a baseline reading, but also allow yourself time to utilize only one technique at a time while keeping all other factors the same. So, if you want to see the effectiveness of diet, do only that, no joga, exercises, etc..Like wise, if you want to see the effects of exercises, then keep it to a single exercise, or a small set of them. Basically, you want to isolate each factor as best as possible.

You will probably need frequent blood tests. I don’t know if that is the only or even the most accurate way to test your t-levels.

wow frequent blood tests… thats a bit too clinic… if i could get some disposable pocket “testosterone tester” i would be ready to give it a try but i guess its almost impossible in home enviroinment to measure blood composition…

but nevertheless lets assume for a while that high testosterone level is not the only but the major trigger of “special days” which is the most logical explanation so far and that blood tests would confirm it…

so HOW do i naturally rise the testosterone ???

i read somewhere that Kegel excercises (Kegel exercise - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) that strenghten the PC muscle in your groin, can have a side-effect of making you a little bit hornier during the excercise routine because they rise testosterone production a little…

are there any other “folklore” or scientific ways to rise your testosterone naturally ?

does anybody have a different explanation, other than natural fluctuation of testosterone levels, that might shed a light on seemingly random occurance of mysterious “special days”…

Women have fairly obvious reasons why they would send out different physiological signals to potential mates at different times. Some of the natural cyclic vaiability has been concealed in humans, presumably to promote pair-bonding during non-fertile times. However, non-uniformity still exists in human females, perhaps because humans do not use a pure pair-bonding mating strategy.

Men however have a biological reason to be ready to mate at any time. It is less easy to form a conceptual model for variability in the sexual signals males send.

Your question is an interesting one. Some variables you might want to track to look for corelations.

1- diet, with particular emphasis on any changes.
2 - time since last ejaculation.
3 - supplements you’re using
4 - exercise status
5 - time since last bath
6 - sweatiness

This is without using any pheromone product right now, however I have not seen her yet so far this week.. but 9 times out of 10 she will be the first to glance over at me and we always look at one another she will tend to look down or away when I happen to look at her when she looks my way.. Or I will be on my phone on the internet and out of the corner of my eye I can see her taking longer looks.

Too bad I did not find out about this site months ago I would of had a more consistency of her on the train every morning.

Also I’ve been working out and I gained weight over the past 9 months most all of it is muscle mass.

Random thought, isn’t it possible that it just so happens that those people find you as you are, very attractive? I mean, there are significant differences in what kinds of girls guys find attractive. A very attractive girl to one guy might not be as attractive to another. Perhaps these girls are just very attracted to your natural personality/looks/behavior.

Has anyone noticed people who aren’t normally so receptive, to be extra receptive during these ‘special days’? Or perhaps we just happen to notice the random girls that are extra receptive, and through a process of positive feedback, act in a more confident manner, inciting other girls to show signs of attraction as well?

For example, MikeB4, that girl on the train. Would she always give such strong contact? Or was her behavior on and off, coinciding with your ‘special days’?

Every single day she boarded the train she ALWAYS made sure she sat in the same spot and as soon as she sat down she would look directly at me, It was always to be expected. Her body language is such a give away it’s funny now that I think about it… I must seem very confident to her.. I know in the past I have not always been good reading the signals but this one seems very consistent..

Also just to show how consistent I mean.. like I said in another post she stopped taking the train for about 3-4 weeks and one day as the train was pulling in I happen to see her waiting (she did not see me yet) so as she walked in she sat in her same spot.. glanced over at me (locked eyes) and she looked away.. from her stop to mine it’s about 6-8 min she looked at least 6 times that I was counting and 4 of those was when I was playing as if I was not looking but I saw out of the corner of my eye, but she took longer looks when I was not directly looking at her.

mikeb4 > i think your case is NOT what i mean by “special days”… this specific girl from train is obviouslly attracted to you :slight_smile: and she might just be too shy or something but this is quite consistent attraction form 1 person… 1 person is a very thin sample to call it a “special day”, during my “special days” i get dosens of eye-contacts and many of them quite chilling… iam very sorry but your scenario doesnt quite fit the subject of this forum which is in a nutshell “why are few days of the month so much better than the most of the days”… but good luck with her :slight_smile:

phya > i call this phenomen “special days” because normally 90% of the days iam NOT attracting eye-contacts, NOWHERE near the frequency and intensity i get during “special days” so i would NOT call myself attractive “as I am”… iam 27 and i would definitelly know by know that iam a “confident and attractive guy” throughout my life and that i ussually get my daily portion of nice girl’s eye-contacts and its normal to me and quite consistent since my puberty… thats not the case with me :slight_smile:

ON THE OTHER HAND its true that all the “special days” might be just a subjective observation (a mind’s construct), induced by my good mood, which second-hand boosts my confidence and through “positive feedback, I start to act in a more confident manner, inciting other girls to show signs of attraction as well”

but i dont think so… remember i told you about my friend crying out “why the hack the girls keep gazing at me all the day”… he didnt seem to be much confident and tuned in… he was more perplexed as if the fact that girls eye-contact him was out of his control that day…

i doubt i have such a strong imagination that i could MAKE myself more attractive just by possitive feedback… i have a feeling there has to be something MUCH stronger going on underneath the “special days” be it hormones, energy vibrations, balanced chi, alignment of the planets, you name it :smiley: HAHA

There are very few people who cannot make themselves more attractive through positive feedback.

Essentially you need to be so physically repulsive that the sight of you is sickening no matter how you carry yourself

Obviously people like this exist in very small quantities… When I walk out feeling 110% I carry myself like I’m going at 110% and therefore look 110%

The way you carry yourself has a HUGE impact on how you are perceived… you might not even notice on a day to day basis how the way you are carrying yourself changes based on your mood, and I would venture your hormonal cycle.

I don’t believe testosterone is the only factor that needs to be looked at in determining these “special” days… There is almost certainly other hormones involved like your cortisol levels (stress)
