New A314 Revision 28 (Red Labels)?

We actually recently changed our lot system to take into account a few new features. The alpha-numeric sequence you will start seeing on all of our products going forth is just internal stuff. It allows us to track a lot of things when someone calls in.

You will also start seeing some of these weird red/orange A314 labels because quite frankly, we ran out of the old ones . We are awaiting on a new batch and aren’t willing to cause calamity in the world by stop sending the prized A314. To make due we used whatever label we had and it just so happened to be red .

Keep in mind with any revision number change it is not going to be something as big as a changed formula unless AD makes mention of it. The special A314 revisions mixed by Michael took up R24 through R27 so the next in line was R28. ANYTIME we change ANYTHING in a mix we change revision numbers. Changing something does not necessarily mean we changed formulas (again I would believe AD would post this), but it could be a new batch of DPG we got in. We really are that nuts about tracking everything even things you might not even think about. Something as simple sounding as the carrier oil of a product could have huge implications on the product however so needs to be tracked hence revised revision numbers.

It could be anything that goes into a product from one drop of musk to a different type of alcohol or even a new batch of molecules. We want to know we are delivering the best possible experience at all times.

The A314 revision was not a formula change though

Thanks Steve,

Was gonna start saving all my R.23’s going forward.

I don’t know but at least it keeps you around…:open_mouth::smiley: :stuck_out_tongue: jk

Obsolete? I think past experience has shown that a lot of the good stuff is what eventually disappears. So yea, we hoard.

I’m about 1/3 of my A314 oil, R23. So, possibly should order some of this updated Revision to compare… does this also change the /a and /b alcohol based A314?

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it I think are people mentality John, but if you don’t fix it how can you improve on it?

No, nothing to do with other products

Great I stirred the pot again

Ditto. I would definitely like to see what the different revisions are like.

1 drop of Rev. 28 is an automatic lay and promotion…it also makes you coffee once in a while.

John is 100% correct guys. We are not changing the formula. It be like asking Johnson and Johnson for a complete listing of every time they change there lot numbers. Essentially you would halt all production of the product itself.

Oh I was referring to say p90, UF, extra none edition, etc. I’m just very curious as to what they can do and I’m starting to run low on my current batch of a314.

But I get what you’re saying.

LOL I still half half a bottle of REV 23

I think it’s unrealistic to ridicule members for thinking that new versions of products might not be as good as old ones. Can anyone say… copulins?

I think its unrealistic for you to say anyone is being ridiculed here! Can anyone say “I only know one side of the story and as such blindly misinformed?”

Pardon my ignorance, Steve, but i thought u said you aren’t aware of the formulas?
Or does AD inform you when there are changes?

@JS - Not sure what you mean. The thread was on the front page of the store forum.

If it smells different then whatever, it’s still the same formula, If you think AD changed it and it’s not gonna react the same way, then just don’t buy it and stick with the sprays.

When I first started this I thought there was just something that really did change but aside from a few people, there haven’t been many reports out there. If they used something different then MAYBE itll smell different, but that’s the same thing as using Akuto/Neroli/FF for ammo, same molecules, different scents. It should be the end of that.

So if you informed everyone, how did this thread even come out?

My problem is very simple. I trust Steve and his opinions, as do most of the people on this forum, to be right.

as seen on his 1st post at this thread, i can’t help but wonder if he is kept in the loop since he does not have access to the formula.
If in doubt, ask. Or would u prefer i assume?

Maybe you don’t appreciate what these slight differences may mean to some of us but i believe that’s the reason why i buy your products - for the “minute” differences - and not someone else’s.
