New Arginine sports drink and body mones

bought a can of this new drink at the Vitamin Shoppe in NYC… it is labelled as having a maximized potency form of the arginine amino acid, supposedly this “guns” muscle metabolism… put this in the fridge overnight and drank a small portion this A.M., estimate 1/4 can, the can is small too, about like a Red Bull… I had not bathed and my BO wasn’t too attractive, drank the sauce and ate the usual yoghurt, ran out the door… definitely felt an energy surge that wasn’t caffeine, felt very vasodilator, my chest wall relaxed and breathing became noticably freer, maybe a hair too energized, tingly but not badly so… glad I didn’t consume the entire can…

A couple of hours later I noticed my sweat had changed from rank to mellow and sort of pheromonish musky, without any washing or body sprays… so I assume that there was some factor that the apocrine glands secrete that changed the chemistry of my skin/skin bacteria

Arginine has a reputation for being prosexual. I didn’t feel either more sexual or more pro, but I think I had better brain circulation, as my senses were quite clear and my motor reactions crisp.

Have you tried DHEA or pregnenolone? Any difference?

Your GH trial likely too brief to notice much difference, but did you find that influenced your pheromonal signature?

I take GH replacement for medical reasons (pituitary burnt out, probably by oxidative stress) and found a significant change in the way people reacted to me once I started the regime.

This isn’t designed as a GH releaser product

My stuff is a sports drink that comes in a blue can, the label is AEX Pump… I think it is supposed to be a vasodilator/lactic acid clearing product. When I worked out yesterday I felt less muscle burn from lactic acid buildup… the muscle clears faster… it was unusual to have my sweat lose the BO without any shower… decent feeling of extra energy, also makes breathing easier, more circulation to the lungs ?

What exactly is GH?
Sorry about the silly question

GH=Growth Hormone

PQ, you have tried Human Growth Hormone (HGH) replacement and noticed a significant change in the way people reacted yo you? I think you ment to say Pregnenolone rather than HGH, right? Or did the HGH replacement regimen alter your pheromone signature?

Thanks,

oooh I need some growth hormones

Pardon my total ignorance, but what does HGH do for you once youre out of your teens?

This is marketing material, but it’s basically right. Certainly would not encourage most people to supplement… Secretagogues are also not without their risks.

SomaLife gHP: The growth hormone (HGH) product doctors really rely on
Adequate growth hormone levels are an absolute requirement for cells to grow, repair, and divide, and for you to recover. Diabetics, the obese, people on a high carbohydrate diet, the elderly, and chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia sufferers are known to have particularly low HGH levels. Adult levels taper off after about age 25 until they are only about 50% of that when we’re 50, and 25% at 80. In fact, some 80-year olds have only 10% of healthy HGH levels , which explains their accelerated physical depreciation. That extra fat around the internal organs - the “spare tire” - is a classic sign of HGH deficiency which presents a statistically increased risk of diabetes, heart attack and stroke. But you can increase growth hormone to lose that fat and build lean muscle mass instead. (There are a few other tricks such as chromium-vanadium-manganese minerals and the amino acid l-carnitine to facilitate moving the fats around that may help, and gymnema sylvestris to encourage insulin sensitivity and to regrow the islet cells in the pancreas. In addition, HGH increase will regenerate many other specialized cells including islet cells, kidney cells, liver cells etc…)

What’s more, stimulating bone growth with HGH lends strength and stops the degeneration and risk associated with of osteoporosis. Stimulating growth in skin and underlying tissue tones up the fascia and allows everything to rejuvenate and lose the wrinkles and sags by building collagen. Stimulating growth can repair both leaky gut syndrome and the associated arthritis it often causes. Hormone levels are involved in every process and raising those to youthful values will allow not only faster healing but reduced aging, increased energy and stamina, libido, durability, and muscle tone, and increased organ and tissue quality and enhanced function across the board.

It bears repeating that in fibromyalgia, cardiac, diabetes and obesity the common denominator is growth hormone deficiency. According to Medline research not just FM patients but sufferers of many diseases are not only low on HGH but are usually also low on glutathione, which is an antioxidant and detoxifier that’s supposed to be arresting the damage. There are glutathione precursors in cold processed whey isolate. Either of these therapies can work on FM and CFS, but they work much better together. Dr. Cheney, who was one of the world’s leaders in successful FM and CFIDS/ME therapy, used both HGH and undenatured whey isolate as well as detoxification, as the cornerstones of his success.

Quirk, sorry to repeat myself from before but do you think taking things to increase your Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels (like HGH Secretagogues) alters your pheromone signature as well in some way?

Thanks,

Well i went out and got some L=Arginine!

Musashi have it in powder form and i kinda trust there stuff it seems really good equality. .The dose seems kinda strong though (three level teaspoons of the stuff a day) and i gotta say i was experiencing similar effects to Tacitus.

Kept looking for things to do even when i had free time!

Tacitus are you still using it?
Id be interested in what happens after long time use.

The lady at the health food store told me it should be taken with Ornithine if you are prone to cold sores. Otherwise it can stimulate outbreaks.

I’ve got some in whey protein powder… interesting..

Found this on wikipaedia

This seems to be true, for I have read all over the place, that if you have herpes, L-arginine is not for you.

Isn’t it amazing how small of a world it really is? I’ve been taking SomaLifes HGH for about 5 years now. I love the stuff and notice an increase in my weight lifting regimen when I started. Very solid stable stuff. I’ve also noticed some scars from early childhood under my chin (Falling off my bicycle) and another large one on my knee from falling on a bottle both diminished to near invisibility. They had been there for many years and no amount of topical creams or “miracle tauted things” ever diminished their visibility.

As far as Arginine I have been taking that for quite some time as well. I once bought a bottle of some “penis enlargement pills” on eBay mainly to see what the ingredients were and who wouldn’t add some length to their little fellow. It seems to me as if most products that purport to increase the length of your penis all contain the same basic ingredients. L Arginine is a basis of this formula along with Ginsing, Yohimbe, and many other Amino’s.

I actually wanted to get in on the market share of penis enlargement, but as with most other products that claim extraordinary results the risks of lawsuit, returns and legalities are higher than the profits.

A good supplement routine is essential to healthy living and L Arginine is one supplement that has helped my breathing and work out regimen so if your product, tacitus, uses quality ingredients it wouldn’t surprise me about the results you’ve obtained.

The key to any product is the quality of the ingredients. There are many supplements that use crap and sell at high-prices. Vitamin Shoppe, GNC and Puritan Pride (all owned by the same company) offer some pretty good product quality wise.

It’s hard to tell from my limited experience whether there is a direct impact because of changes in so many other areas (eg vocal quality). My guess would be that if as a result of HGH treatment your cortisol comes down and androgen levels go up then that would be reflected in your phero sig.

Well i never get cold-sores!
Now im wondering what you guys were hoping for in L-Arginine? At my age increasing estrogen is probably not what Im looking for.Sounds like its a good product to use while working out.

Puritan Pride lol well it does sound pure! What do you think of musashi
