I’m a married 46 year old male, currently living in the Rocky Mountains. I’m kind of introverted around new people. I’m looking to help get the wife in the mood. My wife has a more reserved personality but can become a little bit more outgoing at times. At work, I would like to give the impression of being more confident and outgoing/engaging.
I’ve been lurking here for almost a week and I’m seeing that TUTH and/or Ammo is probably best for my wife. I’m unsure about what to use at work. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!
For you, I will recommend the A314+TUTH combo around your wife. A much simpler IShine+TUTH combo can be employed too. AMMO+TUTH is also a good combo although the AMMO vibe will be redundant since she’s already attracted to you. Consider reading about TAC too.
For work, I think A314+IS combo is the best for you.

You are in the right place and can relate to things with the wife. Dee pretty much gave you some good setups to use for your goals.
Pheromones is pretty much an adventure and really the key to it is to just have fun with it and be open minded.
If you can the very best place to start and probably the most economic would be to look at the Men’s Starter Kit and if it were me starting out this is exactly where I would start. The reason is you get everything to try and at a discount, so you can test and see what you like and fits you best. It all comes down to testing really. Also the kit does include the A314 to!
What I do is choose a main pheromone that I call the base pheromone to build off for that environment. A good example is for you definitely A314. I would use this one and dial in the best dose solo, then when you are ready try IShine with the A314 and see what you get, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Then maybe some IH down the road with your A314/IShine.
For general use outside of work and to help re build the attraction back up with the wife Ammo will be your best base. Same thing here solo test to find the best dose and when you are ready again I suggest IShine to the Ammo as a combo as you can’t go wrong with this one. What is cool about Ammo is it will help with being introverted because it has a mone that will help you both open up.
Then finally for bedroom use try TUTH and this is the one to use for this area.
Then once you have your base down try some of the others to steer in more a direction you want. An example would be to use IH with the Ammo for more bonding and deeper more meaningful conversations with the wife.
