I finally got to see the new blond movie, I am not really impressed.
The chase scene in the opening was ok, but it was shot at too close of a range, and edited way more than I like. What No oil slicks, rockets, or hand grenades? only gun fire, that is lame for Bond.
the action sequences consisted of running, eh, they were ok.
What is up with calling M mom anyway? again that is ok, but just not right.
No trips to see the quartermaster “Q” (or “R” ) ? I miss not having a wristwatch that plays blu-ray DVDs or at least something a bit beyond a typical gun? even a laser guided blow dart cruise missile would be cool..
James Blonde every one dies. James is licensed to kill, but come on that is the last resort, he would rather torture the bad guys into surrendering.

Again it was ok, and I will probably buy it on DVD but it is not “Die another day” or classic Bond good.
don’t get me wrong it is good, and ties up loose ends left from Casino Royale, I just don’t think they are of caliber to be bond movies. I mean they only play the bond theme music once, what is with that?
It is an action movie rather than a Bond movie. The action is great from start to end but it lacks the Bond identity. No gadget, less charisma.
If I recall correctly, even the main actress was untouched by Bond, not the usual Bond.
Haven’t seen the new one, but the last one was good. If you had ever read the books you would see it was closer to the books, and what the original author had in mind. There were no “gadgets” in the books.
I personally like daniel craig the best… i loved casino royale and i like this one also… I did hear that they purposely didn’t introduce “Q” and others… they’re are “leading into them” - i guess giving more backround 1st… they want to go more “in-depth” with the new bond movies.
1 million stars for daniel craig and another 2 billion rep points for him cuz he look frickin BADASS in a tux…

P.S. - I had ALMOST his exact tux outfit in casino royale for my wedding LOL… I had a similar looking tux… armani shirt with the button plackett to hide the buttons and the EXACT Albert Thurston white moire suspenders from europe. My armani shirt was almost exact to his but he had a custom collar… it had extended points on it. I’m an idiot - i know… LMAO. I looked FUGGIN GOOD tho… LMAO
