An interesting thing that I have noticed is how one can, with A314, say something like “Oh, that was a good idea you had!” to someone, and it really hits home, and of course they really appreciate it because it is being delivered from an alpha perspective. So it is possible to build the confidence of others, I think, and get cooperative authority going that way.
