New phero diet plan?

Ok, maybe the title’s a little deceiving…but I have lost 7 pounds since I’ve started using pheros over a month ago.

Coincidence…I don’t think so.

Do I think they alone make you lose weight? I don’t think so. However I do think they can be an important part of your self-image that can affect your weight.

Let me explain myself a little…

For example, imagine a woman, slightly overweight, caught in a slump, feeling kind of dowdy, feels slightly depressed, “forgot” to care about what she looks like, etc. (sounds like a lot of ladies I know  ). One day, she decides it’s time for a makeover and gets one. Now, she not only looks sexier, but she’s feeling sexier too. Since she’s feeling a little better about herself, she goes out and buys a couple of new outfits that she thinks makes her look good, to “match” her new makeover. Soon, she drops a few pounds because she’s starting to care about what she looks and feels like. Then she buys a few pheros which not only make her feel good, confident, and sexy, but she’s also getting some positive and real reactions from others and she’s feeling better and better and she’s paying more and more attention to what she’s eating and how her body looks and feels and dropping a few more pounds here and there.

So, are pheros the new diet craze? Definitely not, but I believe they have played a factor in MY weight loss. (BTW…I was one of those ladies stuck in a slump:o ). Wearing my pheros is like putting on a new sexy outfit…and I know I look damned good in it!

Conversely, imagine a woman, or man for that matter, was seeing results from pheromones, and “forgot” to engage in her/his old and unhelpful habits, because s/he was having so much fun.
In fact they may replace one or more habits like comfort eating, slouching around, etc. with the much more fun and useful habits of people-watching, combo design and hit-spotting.
So yeah, I think it can be good in many ways. It may even lead to reduced alcohol consumption, as the observer wants to be clear headed to spot hits, and could be high enough already off the self effects

Funny u should mention this… I also lost 12 lbs since pheros. I have been dieting and exercising but did that before pheros too. It seemed to accelerate weight loss. Or possibly just made me feel better so I didn’t eat and drink as much. Well - didn’t eat as much, drinking is another animal all together. (as she sips her wine in thought) It definitely has not made me want to drink any less:o I can’t lie about that - no one who knows me would ever believe me anyway!

One great side effect of using pheros has been my increased awareness of body language. I have since started researching it and can definitely see the advantages of being able to read people not only in a business setting, but in social settings as well. I find it quite fascinating!

Wouldn’t that be something?!!

I’ve always heard that wine is good for you (in moderation, anyways  ). Congrats on the weight loss!!! It seems pheros should be part of a well-being program or something!

Very much so. In fact I have been studying body language for a few years now, and have got pretty good at both interpretation and projection, but pheromones seem to make it so much more easier. I’m thinking:
a) they prime other people to exaggerate their BL just that little bit more, or sometimes dramatically more
b) there are some extra tiny little bits of BL, I think they call 'em “ideomotor movements” that the self effects of the pheros seem to take care of. If the wearer takes care to sort out the major postural and gestural things so as to be congruent, the pheros will take care of the minute details.

That’s what it seems like to me anyway…

 Awesome insight ntk! I definitely agree!

Thanks River. Another thing I have noticed is “calibration”.
eg) I have been wearing 2/3 drops of A314 and noticing the kind of hits I get from both sexes. When I cut down to 1 drop, because I now know what to look for, I can still see the more subtle body language effects from a more subtle dose. They do this in NLP too, by trying to get extreme reactions from people by eliciting powerful states, and then being able to gauge the more restrained but noticeable reactions later on.

lol, I’m glad I wasn’t the only one! Though I wasn’t into dieting and stuff.

Some of the pheros do give you that confidence and makes you forget about stuff like that, it’s so sub-conscious!.

I was reading about one of the putatives that makes you really pay attention to detail but I don’t remember which one did that. Some one was reporting that when wearing this phero, they really got their house cleaning done because they became aware of all the dirty stuff lying around. I’m wondering if this one would also help out in the weight loss department…sounds like it really gets you focused on whatever you’re working on (such as a treadmill???). Does anyone know which one this may be? What do you think…will it make you focus more, thus work harder, at excercising?:open_mouth:

I was thinking that this would also be useful at work when I’m trying to tackle all those yucky little projects that I’ve been putting off.

Dang, I just can’t remember which one…

P101?

Another P101 Test

The author of this thread, Wrlprchnx, says “I’m thinking on trying out some more Putatives with this and creating a workout mix”.

OK, I found the thread. Visionary had compiled a bunch of results into one thread. It was in the Lounge section about seeking motivation ( Seeking motivation What do you do? ). Yeah, motivation…I need some of that… Looks like it was the P91 and P100 that I was thinking of. The P101 in the link you posted ntk sounds like I’d be doing schizo-aerobics  . Sounds like pure energy in spray-form  …maybe a little hard to control…

Question…if one has not exercised much in the past few years and then suddenly begins an aggressive exercise regimen, will their phero signature change? I’m assuming so since the body would be producing more testosterone???

I’ve got the last 5 “baby” pounds to lose and am stuck at a plateau but also haven’t REALLY hit the gym very hard either and will be starting an exercise program to kick those last few pounds in the butt, literally speaking  . It’s about time I get back into shape anyways! I’m wondering if I will have to start at ground zero again with my phero testing, or if there won’t be much change.

Your phero-signature should change with a workout regime, but I don’t imagine it would make a great amount of difference to the amounts of artificial pheros that you can get away with, and the composition of your existing favourite combos. Personally, I think it is more to do with your personality, the way you are viewed in society and things like that.

There was a discussion in the men’s forum about how young guys OD on -none more easily than older guys. The thing is, we are all applying pheromones in crazy, artificial, superhuman doses anyway and seeing results accordingly. The argument in the thread that I found convincing (can’t remember who put it forward) was that the OD effect was much more down to society’s image of younger men, and that men closer to 40 tend to get away with more -none because society is less afraid of us. It is a stereotype that the younger guys have to live with, maybe unfairly for a lot of young guys on this forum, whose mileage may vary considerably of course.

That’s my opinion on the artificial vs. natural pheromone thing. But I do hope that someone else who has a great deal more experience than I do can give their views on the matter.

I would think at best you might find yourself wanting to tweak a combo a tiny bit one way or the other, as your self image will get a boost and you may want to complement it via pheros.

I find when i wear the pheromones I am more apt to get dressed up/do my hair/ makeup

the rest of the time.. If i dont.. i am in sweats with no makeup and hair in a bun :open_mouth:

So there is something there.. though i dont think ive lost weight.. i attribute that solely to oxypowder :o:o

Yeah, they’re kind of like that little black dress, aren’t they?

OK me too! I wear a freakin suit or blazer every day. I LOVE sweats. But I have been going out more than usual lately…

Love the Little Black Dress - although mine isn’t that little! I definitely feel something. Maybe it is a mind thing but I don’t care. I like it!:o

I think I’ve lost a little bit of weight in the right place (my belly that is!)… I’m pretty sure of it. I don’t actually weigh myself or measure myself hardly ever, so I don’t keep records, but I am just a little bit thinner round the waistline, I am sure. Which I am very pleased by. I have been exercising as usual but not overly paying too much attention to what I eat or anything.

I’ve been wearing high heels more…I’m “vertically challenged” anyways so the extra height gives me a boost of confidence and makes me feel taller, stronger, and more self-assured. They make me even slightly taller than my boss  . He’s “vertically challenged” too! I love it!!!

Right place? I wish! The first pound I drop is in the boobs! Why is that!!! Not fair!!! If I could just “re-organize” my weight…I’d look like a friggin Barbie!!! If only…(sigh)

Just to chime in quickly but I too have started losing oodles of weight since on pheros… I’m too busy having fun to gorge (so to speak) and spend more time talking than eating.

Hmmmm…I think we may be onto something here…

OK, I have to say, and I don’t know exactly what product is causing it, I suspect A314 or Turn Up The Heat, but my voice has gone very much deeper - it’s now totally in the baritone register; this is like a second bite at the pubertal voice-breaking cherry  This has been going on for about 10 days, carried on through my 2-day phero-break.

Of course, I like it a great deal (and I think several women around me like it too ), I’m thinking of taking up a career of being a voice-over artist a la James Earl Jones if this carries on  I read that cosmetic apps of pheros don’t have a reciprocal influence on hormone levels, but I’m really not so sure now, this is very weird. Maybe it is more indirect than that, via just improved confidence etc. Also, my skin is better, not that it was bad but some little things are working their way out.

So is it possible, with the diet/weight thing, that the use of pheromones might by some route, direct or circuituous, help set the metabolism right?
