The reports of direct appetite suppression are pretty limited.

P103 is a good mood enhancer. I have yet to see it enhance a bad mood in myself. It also is a motivator – get something done.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced a suppression of appetite with P103 . I watch my caloric intake and try to keep it less than 2000.
Day 1 was 1200, Day 2 was 1500, Day 3 was 1800 (late 1st application) and Day 4 was 1300.
Day 1
I applied 25 mu while driving in the car about 15 minutes before work – 8:45 AM.
It’s raining. Arrived at work and thoroughly enjoyed the walk in the rain from the far end of the parking lot. I was happy to see my workload and had a big grin on my face.
Okay what’s wrong with me today?
I’m trying to figure out the best plan of attack against this evil 2nd Law of Thermodynamics that enslaves us all (9:30 AM) when one girl walks in right behind another. The first one has a technical prob…
There are occasional reports of appetite suppression with first time use of IS and A314. Not much else.
Reports of weight loss while using pheros are very common. This is generally attributed to improved attitude, motivation, and activity levels.

Strictly for illustrative purposes, let’s say that Instant Shine triggers a response in the hypothalamus which results in a physical reaction such as a happy emotional state of being. Maybe, because of this new physical/emotional state, you’re feeling energized and happy and you decide that’s it’s a great day for a walk, so you take a walk and now your body, in response to this new sensory input, starts producing endorphins, which in turn, curbs your appetite for carbs, and so on. So, yes, I believe that pheros (via a direct or circuituous route) can help set the metabolism. Keep in mind that I have absolutely no scientific evidence to back this example and theory up, so if any of you forum users can set me straight on this, by all means, please do so. I’m no scientist!
This is, however, the reason why I truly believe that pheros work…because I’ve had physical reactions to them. And hey, why can’t one of those physical reactions be weight loss, caused either directly or indirectly?
Ok, maybe the title’s a little deceiving…but I have lost 7 pounds since I’ve started using pheros over a month ago.
Coincidence…I don’t think so.
Do I think they alone make you lose weight? I don’t think so. However I do think they can be an important part of your self-image that can affect your weight.
Let me explain myself a little…
For example, imagine a woman, slightly overweight, caught in a slump, feeling kind of dowdy, feels slightly depressed, “forgot” to care about what she looks …
Xiphoid’s on the right track looking at pheros for motivation. As far as I can tell the canidates are, P83, P93, MX203 (which is P93 based), P100 (often in combination with TAF), and P101. You should probably run the full search for motivation/energy/focus but the primary reference is;
I am generally a self motivated person but i am having trouble following through on my projects.
What do you do to give yourself that added edge to get the job done. I’ve been having trouble following through on my school work, business projects, and working out. Example. I will write a rough draft but not a final paper. I just lose focus.
I’ve been reading some books on business and seizing the moment and it is helping but maybe you guys can help too.
There are also several good threads about straight up diets. My primary there would be;
Anyone here trying to lose weight?
I am I would like to loose about 10 to 15lbs although the men in my life are protesting. I am cutting my calories an jogging and walking. I’ve lost 12lbs so far.
What are you doing to loose and what has worked for you in the past?
BTW:
As a part of my plan to seduce the ultimate foodie babe, Martha Stewart, I would be very interested in any other reports of appetite suppression or enhancement. I’m also interested in any reports of gustatory(taste) enhancement or suppression.
