Hello, I am new to the site so I am still working my way through the forums.
I am male, 23 years old, and live in California. I’m here to learn more about different pheromones and what their effects are on myself and on other people. I want help figuring out the best pheromone for my goals as well as determining the proper dosage of these pheromones. My goals are to increase confidence, gain lots of attraction, be more respected, and have better social interactions. One of my main questions is what pheromone product would be best for a guy like me who wants attraction from women and a good respectable vibe from me?

Well, to make you an Awesome AND lovable, attractive guy, I would go for IShine and AMMO. GOOD times are to be had with that combo, my friend. I personally have good reactions from others with IShine as a comfortable to be around me feel. The AMMO, in self effects, gets me a confident boost, like a comfortable to be in my own skin vibe. It’s a boost in inner confidence. I get a respect vibe from others as I’m seen as a sexy cool guy, which, in your case, would go great with the Awesome guy vibe that is you.
Mones will complement who you are and will NOT do all of the heavy lifting themselves. You’ll just need to smile and talk intently with others to get the mone signal across to others.
If you’re in Southern California, the temperate weather here will help in maintaining the mone cloud for a bit longer. The mones, as most are alcohol based, will dissipate after about 4 to 6 hours in this weather.
Thanks for the welcome! I have just purchased a bottle of both AMMO and Shine. Im very excited to get started. My question for you is: What is the ideal ratio of the # of sprays between the two products? Like if I’m doing 3 sprays (regular strength) AMMO, how many sprays of reg. strength Shine should I use at the same time?
It is different for everyone! Age is generally a factor in Ammo as us younger guys product more NONE naturally and the production decreases with age. As far as actually finding what dosages work for you I suggest you have a look at this post. How to find your Sweet Spot
I’d add, in general, your age group would do better with less sprays of AMMO. Less is More when it comes to mones. In general, one spray of AMMO, because of the -none content, with a couple of IShine and see where that takes you.
Finding your sweet spot, the amount of sprays necessary to get the results you want, takes some time. It’s always good to try the mones out by themselves to see what they do for YOU.
When your first starting out, you just wanna have some fun with it, and many people do just that and spray willy nilly… .
THEN, once that’s out of your system, take some time to ‘sweet spot’ test.
Agreed, I believe that another factor may be activity level with Ammo. If you are a weight lifter you testosterone is going to natrually be a little bit higher which in turn will produce more NONE(I think!). For me at 20 and weight lifting one spray does it for me and anything over is an OD.
thanks for the advice! I am a regular weightlifter as well as Type O blood type. I will start doing 1 spray of AMMO and 2 sprays of shine. My target age range would be 18-25, somewhere within my own age range. With those individual factors in mind, do you find it likely that I’ll ever need to go up to 3 sprays ammo? Sounds like I will most likely need to be in the 1-2 spray range. But I guess testing will tell
