Don’t let your age hold you back - Once I got myself back together after my breakup - in a similar way to you, I found that if anything there is a wider choice than ever and as you age, the women are more varied and much less hassle than when we were younger.
The pheros that could help you fall broadly into three categories, depending on what situations and aspects of your personality you want to enhance.
1 - Socials. For helping to meet/get to know people:
Instant Shine - Creates a happy and good to be around impression
IO - Promotes free flowing conversation.
IH - Aids closeness and bonding
2 - Sexuals:
Ammo - Probably the best starter phero, this is a balanced social/sexual/attractive mix that will go down most anywhere without coming off as overly horny. You will need to test to find your effective dose as we all produce differing amounts of Androstenone and too much can make you seem overly horny/agressive etc. However, it is hard to go badly wrong with Ammo.
TUTH - Much more of a sexual product that is best used with someone you are already in a relationship with. However, by our age, it can be useful in pickup when used alongside some social status pheros. You need to remember that younger women are generally attracted to a lower level on none and that level rises as they age - by their mid 30’s, you can successfully use a lot more.
IJ - A strongly sexual and in your face attraction product. Use this one with care as it can backfire as often as it works but when it does work - wow! It can also easilly trigger agression in guys around you.
3 - Status:
IG - Creates a smooth/suave and capable impression but fairly light and great for general socialising.
A314 - Probably the most subtle and complex phero here that works in all sorts of interesting ways to enhance your image. It promotes trust, respect, capability and strength, with a strong alpha vibe that can set you apart and above everyone around you. If you are looking for a LTR, this one is a must as it implies “catch” in all sorts of ways. It does sometimes need softening though as you can come-off as a bit standoffish when wearing it. One or other of the socials can help here. Similarly, it can be steered in a more sexual direction by using something with more none - Tuth is a favourite of mine as it creates an impression of status and unashamed sexuality which goes down very well with the women around my age.
You are quite right to have your own concerns and you also need to bear in mind that pheros don’t do all the work, you need to behave and present yourself in an attractive manner too. So do have a read of this thread:
