If necessary, add one additional spray every time you meet, up to a maximum of 5 sprays total.
Using Turn Up the Heat in this manner will Turn UP the SEXUALITY, and help to MELT last minute resistance.
So, my suggestion… Start out with IShine, continue to build up on the relaxed, fun to be around you vibe, by adding (1) Spray of TUTH later on.

Mix it with IS for a more upbeat and happy vibe with the intimate vibe IH brings. I recommend IS 2x strength. One spray on the neck is plenty.
Well I actually was looking up pheromones and seen this.
Well let’s see I’m out going and a go getter. You’re right I do like to jump in and take chances for sure! She is the same as I am really maybe a little more laid back but we both know where we want to be and what it takes to get there. What ended us in ex land was really me not being honest to her on 2 things at different times so I broke trust. Nothing like cheating but kept a few things from her but did confess to them and took the blame. We are still great friends and see each other at least 2 times a week and talk all the time. Hi Phaze,
I would try the IS around here the next few exposures and then try the TUTH later on. You 2 already know each other pretty well so you should not have to worry about ODing on the TUTH so much.
What I would do with the $25GC is look into IH as this will help get her trust back and promote bonding and deep conversations. Plus she will spill the beans on her true feelings.
Also Ammo is the other I would get for day time use. It has Androstenone in it like the TUTH, but is more suitable for day use.
