I’m extremely impressed with the level of customer service Nick has performed.
Yesterday I had called Androtics 5 times, and couldn’t get through and especially with this Black Friday sale going on, timing was critical. I had multiple Customer Service issues I was dealing with, which is rare for Androtics being a loyal customer since 2012. Since I had multiple issues, and couldn’t get through, I was starting to lose faith in Androtics, and almost gave up.
Today I thought I’d try my luck and got very lucky by actually getting someone on the phone! He solved all of my issues, and even chatted about interesting mones I might consider trying. After what seemed like an hour, he was able to complete my order right over the phone, and left me completely satisfied.
We were utterly swamped. And short-staffed. It was a good old fashioned Murphy’s Law weekend. Email was spotty. Mickaelia’s headset broke. Gia moved to the UK on Thanksgiving and underestimated her access to internets. Oh, and Nick thwarted a would be carjacker from stealing his car by gunpoint. Like a ninja.
Exciting weekend, indeed.
That said, we’re still taking calls as we are able. If all else fails, just leave us a ticket at androtics.zendesk.com. #1 thing is to leave your order ID#. If so, we have a chance to alter any orders before they ship. While our fulfillment team has no backlog on consumer orders right now, we are still politely asking to expect 2 days extra processing time on all orders.
Add me to the list of people that thinks Nick deserves a raise. He was very helpful and shared some experiences and helpful advice. It was really great to know I was on the right track. I wish I could have talked longer…but I was working and wifi was spotty…dropped calls.
Tis but another day in paradise. I am pretty sure it might have actually been an hour. It rarely feels like it though. Nice to know the efforts are appreciated
