First let me point out it most cases pheromones can not fix broken relationships. The issue is not that he was not attracted to you, obviously he was because he was your BF, it was that you didnt fill a need he had (spending time with him).
It depends, generally with strangers pheromones can cause a reaction within minutes because people dont know you well and dont have preconceived notions about you. With those closer to us, people who know us well and know our natural mone signatures it can take days simply because you have to reprogram those notions.
Your hoping he will open up and talk more. I suggest IH for that. It opens people up on a deeper level.
I also suggest Instant sexiness B. Your probably more of a A type naturally but he broke up with you because of your career drive and not spending time. My guess there was a little more to that emotionally for him he didnt express to you which is why I am not suggesting something like copulins which increase the sexual side of things.
Men need to feel like men, the alphas. Its instinctual and there place in the natural order of things that they protect, provide and take care of you. Obviously the world has changed in the last 100 years and women dont need men to take care of them but that doesn’t mean men dont need to feel like they do. Now I am not saying to let him actually take care of you financially or to make decisions for you. But you do need to create feelings in him of being needed. Instant sexiness B will help with that.
A little side note story and it may seem silly but I have been married a long long time and it works. When I was little my mother would always have my dad open jars for her. I knew damn well she could open them herself I saw her do it all the time and it was rare she came across one she could not open but if Dad was around she always asked him to open them.
Flash forward 10 year when I first got married and had them over for dinner… My mother is a strong alpha female and so am I so she knows me quite well and knows I can do pretty much anything for myself.
We were in the kitchen and I go to open the jar and she grabs it from me and tells me to have my husband open it. I was like …“why I can do it” She told me I know you can but having him do it makes him feel like a man, the protector, the provider… LOL At first I thought it was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard, I dont need protection from a jar, but I went along. After all she was married to my Dad for 60 years before his passing so she had to be doing something right.
What I learned over the years is having them do those little things for us like opening a jar, picking up heavy things, killing that deadly spider in the bathroom, holding your hand when you jump over a big puddle. Those tiny little things that seem so inconsequential engage emotions in them that make them feel needed, important and secure. There instinctual place in the hierarchy is still in tact. Its not about you not being able to do it because we both know you can, its about him feeling you need him. Men need to be needed to just as much as women. Strong driven women tend to threaten those feelings in them in a relationship. It threatens there place.
We communicate in our relationships in so many ways. Verbally, pheromonally, with body language and with our actions. Having them do those little things for us may sound silly and unimportant but it communicates a message to them on a subconsious level. Women tend to think all men need is that sexual spark and they are instinctually sexual beings but under all those instinctual urges to procreate there are other emotions that you need to be attentive to.
One last pheromone I would suggest is EST but you cant get it here. Try liquid alchemy labs. Just goggle it. EST engages those feelings in men to “protect and care for”. Your job is to let him do it.
