OK, that won’t help you at all - Unscented pheros don’t diffuse well - and they are far more prone to stinking and I know just how bad even a lightly scented Evolve can get after six hours or so in Scottish climes! Even if your nose can’t smell it, somebody else might. 
Start by getting some scent into them. It doesn’t need to be full strength, even a dozen or so drops of decent cologne in it will help diffusion a lot!
Thankfully you won’t have this problem with MX353 as FF22 is a good scent. 
I agree you might well have been ODing at 3 sprays Evolve - Even at my age, 2 is all I usually need - and its sexual feel takes a good couple of hours to develop. Although the lack of a scent will mean that your phero cloud will be much smaller and closer to you to begin with.
