Actually, some of my best and most blatant hits/experiences have involved small towns/small town women - I hazard a guess that the smaller dating/people-pool makes anyone with the slightest bit of game and an interesting phero sig so much more attractive. Its like they are just not prepared for you. 
And when it comes to small rural towns with sod-all to do, Northern Scotland can compete strongly with the very worst of them, anywhere. Which of course means that so many womens women’s main hobbies are drink and sex!
