Depends on the lotion of course but yes, a small amount of a good quality triclosan (or other antibacterial)-free hand lotion over your app points will help prolong activity.
The lanolin in the lotion helps barrier your skin against absorption and bacterial breakdown.
The penalty of course is a very slight reduction in diffusion range but in practice, this is no biggie because it positively helps to work close!
Dose - Its up to you where you start but you really do need to test for yourself and your situation.

OKay, so I am wearing 3 drops A314 one on each temple and one rubbed together on wrists and 3 drops of True Love. One behind each ear and one just above the adam’s apple. Target is acting way different. WAY different. She tries not to be around me, cuts smiling glances (common), but then responded to a joke more seriously. It was about gum. Where she usually laughs, she came over to my cubicle to express her thinking I was serious. Then seemed relieved when I made out that it was a joke. (it included getting gum from another woman)
Strangely, she NEVER looks at it that way. I also notice more friendliness towards me from others and nice looks. Although I started getting those with the weird mix, everything seems a bit more defined.
She certainly seems to be giving in to me. Slowly. I don’t think she even realizes it. I feel like the Godfather with more pep. Its pretty cool.

SOE..? In a fallout mix…? Its mostly Alphanol - so apart from A1 based mixes, god no!
It would most likely break down to mainly none but the musty smell of its degraded rone would prob get you first, so not too bad.
But yes, some chemistry - although it may not be initially that obvious has to be injected/developed as soon as the emotional engagement begins to set-in.
I say not initially obvious because of the number of instances of fallouts I’ve had develop from interaction at work.
In most of those cases, I was initially looking to project professional/competence/status aspects, not for sexual/romantic involvent (esp with the marrieds! 
) - but when they started sending the signals, I had to make-up my mind about which way I was going around them - fairly fast!
There is plenty of chemistry. We joke and stuff like that, we have hugged, she is comfortable enough that she actually used my knee as a footstool once.
We email occasionally, but most of the women do that with me. A couple have me on FB.

Yes, it will still breakdown, you can’t stop that happening. Just an oil base will be slower and slower still if applied over lotion.
Which is useful for pheros with short acting periods or particularly A1 - where it makes it more resilient and the propensity to very sudden breakdown a lot easier to manage, although it can still sometimes catch you unawares.
Target pretty much tried to keep a distance until I asked for gum by IM. She ran over gave me the gum and left. After that she proceeded to walk pass my cubicle severla times while staring at me. Had some casual convo by IM.
Been avoiding primary fallout this last week or so. Just to get some missing-you time in.
Ignored her call on Friday morning, returned it that evening with a text.
She “found” me this afternoon - “oh, I was just away to go to the store for some shopping but I saw you in here on the way.” Here is about seven miles from her home and past several identical stores. Hmm…! As was the rather nice purple mini-dress and boots, which was a tad overdressed for a wet Sunday but welcome nonetheless.
Thankfully I was wearing my PA/A314 and already had things to do, so genuinely busy - She’s meeting me again tomorrow morning!

It will - just take the time to let the mixes do their work and never be afraid to step back/step-out for a while occasionally to remove the sig. It always seems to go up a notch after a break/reintroduction. 
Well the weekend made that happen for sure. Today I kinda changed it up a little, going back to the mix tomorrow.

Yes - you need to be ready for this when dealing with fallout and jealousy, sometimes unreasonable jealousy is a factor you need to expect. Its one of the things you need to weigh-up before taking this route as not all fallout traits are good/desirable ones. And yes, still waters do run deep!
How you handle it now is very important because you must not lose ground by rolling over, demeaning yourself or placating her and the element of percieved competition can focus things nicely. Studied indifference is probably the way I’d go and if she cuts-off, so be it. She may pull back for a while but IME, they usually bounce back harder than before.
I thought maybe I was just seeing things, but today…yeah, she’s chilly as froze over hell. I keep catching her checking me, but all in all its just not the same at all.
Man, this is so freakin awesome!!! I actually made a fallout! What trips me out is that she caught all of it, no one else and there is no lack of woman around here.
After reading the good advice on this thread I have been able to find a fallout mix that has worked for me. It’s amazing how well it works. I have found also that it needs to be tweaked for different people. The most recent fallout I triggered was with the following mix:
I also felt great on this as well.
2 Drops A314- one back of ears and one on forearms/wrists
2xIH- back of neck
1xIS double strength front neck
1xp74 10mcg chest
1xp83 5mcg chest
50mcg A1 back of neck(mixed in with IH)
2.5xtuth chest and stomach
This is a lot at once but seemed to balance out very well for me. Extremely comfortable sexy vibe with the fallout. She is 40 years. It took repeated exposure, as Mobocaster has mentioned, but was a great hit the last time she and I were around each other. I am going to test it on someone 28 this week. Less tuth will be a must.
Update - tested my mix with the 28 year old girl and it worked there too. I changed it up a bit. Below is the specific dose:
A314 - 1 drop ears and one drop forearms
IS - 2x strength to neck.
P74 - 10mcg neck. Works better for self effects here.
P83 - 2 sprays of 5mcg to back of arms (tricep area)
IH - 2 sprays to back of elbows. This has totally eliminated occasional unsureness/self effects (A1 is in my IH) and let the A314 keep me extremely confident.
A1 - 25 mcg mixed with IH to back of elbow.
Tuth - 1 spray chest.
This worked well but since then I have received ammo in 6% Nerloli which I substitute for tuth (3 sprays) and it works great in social settings. In a non-social setting I used 3 of ammo and three of tuth and I will just say it was an overwhelming success. For the ammo I apply it to wrists and chest.

After years of CTTM, IH and beta nols threads, none of the posts I’d seen before fit. They didn’t have the Ring of Truth or Eureka I was looking for. Trying to make the puzzle pieces fit with a hammer isn’t the idea.
Now, I can’t be sure of this, but I’m thinking about the 3rd molecule in IH. And, it’s not one I’ve ever heard mentioned. My tests showed this putative, between 100 and 130 (but not 130) was like beta nol. Not P102, either. I need to test the synergy of this with BNOL. And I don’t think it explains A314 fallout by itself. It does explain IH, maybe. And I don’t think other vendors have this.
As we know, 50/50 alpha and beta nol does not = IH. It doesn’t seem to = fallout like IH.
Keep in mind, I get some strange results. Stuff I don’t see reported anywhere. I have smelled -enone as urine and vinegar (usually the latter). That is atypical of the OR7D4 receptor. I also get some P96 FX not explained by any known neurosteroid in any medical text. Mindblowing, actually. With enough research backing and testing, someone could make more $ off P96 than the crooked felons made of Enzyte.
And I can say that, since the original founders of Enzyte went to prison for confessed fraud.
