off topic - daydreaming

LOL well this is a ? that is off the topic of pheromones, and i asked this the other day but today is more of a mere day dreaming ? has anyone every meet a famous person? it doesnt matter as to how they are famous or even how little or how greatly they are famous just someone that is more well known socially than the norm.

i would even take really good comments on if you could meet someone whowould it be. and is there a reason why? and if you did meet this famous person would you use mones? and would you go with a mix that you already know works or would you be doing a re-up on knowledge so you take advantage of this 1 time shoot?

Looking for your day dreams today.

Sure I have met lots of famous people. I even grew up with one. I work in CT and lots of them live here because its close to NYC.

I have had mones on in front of them but I didnt wear them because I thought I was going to run into them.

I cant think of one I want to meet, they are just like anyone else to me really. I am not impressed by them.

If I had to pick it would be a dead person who is not really a celebrity. Albert Einstein and I would wear P79 and IH.

I’m with Trish, I’ve met a bunch as well. Like AC/DC, Brian Admas, David Lee Roth, Micheal J Fox…list goes on. Lots in Vancouver filming and such. They don’t impress me anymore then yourselves. In fact some I’ve met are real jerks lol

I wear mones on a daily basis because I like it, not so much for someone. Then again if someone really gives me kino I might dig out some TUTH, ya never know.

Well I’ve also met tons of famous people working in Hollywood, and living in Vegas. Don’t wanna sound antagonistic, but I hate when people say things like “I’m not impressed” “they’re just like anyone else.” When they clearly aren’t.

The simple fact is these are for a huge part of the time very talented people who have put in a lot of time and effort to perfect their craft whatever that may be, and that is what impresses me. Not their stardom, but their talents. Do they deserve to be treated differently because of this? Differently, Yes. Better, No.

But to diminish someone’s accomplishments just because they are a film actor rather than a famous public speaker is just artsy fartsy bullshit. (and I know no one did that here)
I’ve been moved by music, movies, books and speeches. And if you’ve ever worked on the side of the camera I have, where you get to watch these poor actors before they become famous, get put through the grist mill auditioning for stupid candy bar commercials you’d give them a hell of a lot of respect. Its a very demeaning process that they repeat 10, 20 times a day, 5-7 days a week with nothing but rejection 99% of the time.

But to get back to the off-topic topic. This is why I believe there is something to the law of attraction. Because I have met most people I have wanted to meet throughout my life. In fact I’m living with one of those people right now. I remember watching her on TV and then meeting her at a meeting in town and after leaving her house after a party one day thinking to myself, “wow it must be pretty cool to be her roommate.” It wasn’t but a bit over a year later her then roommate got married moved out and she asked me to move in…LOL.

Now would I wear mones? I wear mine almost all the time. The Starbucks I work here in town have some celebrities that come in and out of them from Coolio, Morris Day, Penn from Penn and Teller, Reby Jackson etc.. and all of them have treated me very kindly. Was it the mones, or was it because I respected their privacy and quietly acknowledged who they were and got them along their way quickly so they could go on with their private business? Don’t know.

Who is diminishing there talent ? Acting is not the only talent in the world. All sorts of people have talent that they craft and perfect. Its one thing to appreciate a persons talents its entirely another to appreciate a person because of his/her talents. The problem is very few people can see past the talent to the person behind it.

That’s looking for work, we all go through the process and it comes with the territory of acting. What about the executive that go’s on job interview after job interview only to be rejected.

While I can appreciate and respect all those looking for work whether its the actor, store clerk or executive. When it comes to impressed solely from what you do my mind go’s to the fireman who runs into a burning building to save a child not to the guy pushing almond joys.

Its not that I am diminishing there work but actors are just people with a specific talent. That talent doesn’t speak of there character as a person. So when I see them they get treated like everyone else. In fact they appreciate that because most dont want to be different. Since I treat 99.9 % of the people I meet well thats not a bad thing.
