oil vs. spray

Which is better in a hot (90+, 28-30+ C for you international people), humid weather (55-80 percent relative humidity). The heat index here in Florida during daylight hours is almost always over 95 F, and the height of daylight in July and August it’s usually over 110F.

I’ve had decent results with Perception gel in cool weather, but in the hot weather it seems to release somewhat faster as any sweat will sort of “melt” the polymer gel- still not as fast as a spray but faster than in cool weather. How will an oil compare? Do oils resist wind?

I’m starting to notice sprays aren’t very smooth in this kind of weather (hot and medium humidity), very rough- better to go easy on them. I’ve tried covering with the old fragrance trick of vaseline/moisturizer and that seems to tone it down a little, as well as resist sweat.

Sprays and oils work just about the same effect wise they just work by different means.

When its hot here, spray products hit hard, fast and strong. They will last about about 3 to 6 hours.

Oil products will last all day but the results is more subtle.

So there are pro’s and cons to both type products

The wind only effects the diffusion of the pheromones by possibly blowing the molecule away from them so the cant smell it. It wont effect the pheromones on your body unless you in a wind tunnel.

Vaseline is to thick and it holds in the moisture and the pheromones so they can not diffuse. Lotion works very well for some pheromones to slow the diffusion process without preventing it.

I use a combination of methods myself, may as well cover all the bases

Tisha

Cleverly said there Lady Tisha  Now i know more about it. Reps for you for that explaination

That is exactly the weather condition I live in, more or less, through out the year!

Tisha23.. can you explain about the lotion bit a more? Do I apply lotion to the application point and spray on it immediatly, or do I let it dry down first and then spray on it? Would it help with oil based mix too? Any other info on this subject will be greatly appreciated.

OK this is what I do, others may have there own methods.

For all oil Based products like TAA, Lust After Me, Dirty, Copulins

I use 2 methods using a light consistancy lotion that smells good

I will put a big blob in the palm of my hand and take the oil like Lust After Me or TAH and add a few drops mix it with my finger and then spread it on. Now this dosnt mean that I am not going to wear other pheromones or more of the same pheromone. I will then apply say 5 or 6 drops of Lam or If I am wearing TAH 3 or 4 drops of that and then cover it with my scent for the day.

OR

With copulins which I like to put in everything I will add a dropper full or two directly to the lotion which of course you can only do if you buy the lotion in tubs and not tubes. However sometimes I will transfer the lotion from a tube to a tub and do it that way. Then I mix it with a pipette and let it set for a day or two.

With the spray products I will spray on the product let it dry down and use a light scented lotion over it. If it blends or covers the scent well enough I will wear a spray or two over it as well so I get both the fast hard hits and later the slow subtle ones

If your using the lotion as a cover scent just keep in mind that waxy or vaseline type lotions will hamper the diffusion alot.

Shea lotion or scented bottled lotion is less thick and will work better.

They have alot really nice mens scented lotions at the vendors the ladies use for there lotion. Inexpensive to.

Remember lotion is ment to be spread around on the skin. One of the points of using it in lotion is the larger amount of area you can cover which also helps to get those mones diffusing.

If you not looking to cover the smell and just want to do as Daedelus76 does and use the lotion to help slow the disapation of the pheromones for a more lasting subtle effect then you can apply your lotion and spray right on it.

Its gonna depend on the product and your feeling on the smell of it.

I use L’Oreal men’s sunscreen/lotion. It’s got a nice cover scent in it’s own right, it smells like a softer version of Aramis. I also like Eucerin.

That one sounds good, How do you do yours do you mix it in the lotion or spray over or under your lotion application ?.

Tisha

I just put it over where I sprayed, no mixing.

I tried vaseline again this afternoon- it seemed to work OK, not hugely different than moisturizer in how long it lasts in the heat. I think i’ll stick with moisturizer because it just looks more natural.

My real problem is I take a shower after wearing pheros and invariably I have “down time” before I feel restored. I’ve had a few close calls with people that know me real well, and they sense something is up when I’m wearing pheros. It’s not the neroli smell as I wear cologne all the time and am always wearing something new. I need to “introduce” them gradually.

At least Clark Kent didn’t have to go off to the bathroom to change into his alter ego.

Yep it happens but they would never guess in a million years it was your pheromones.

I have used other mones for a long time and have been using the androtics mones a few years now and I remember when I first started using certain products from here my husband would look at me so weird like I had a extra boob LOL He would sometimes try to place what was different to by asking questions. Is that a new shirt ? Haircut ? After he became accustomed to it he just reacted to them and didnt really consciously notice it anymore.

Funny thing is he should have been able to guess since he paid the bill to androtics LOL

I would say that alcohol-based spray works better than oil based one in humid areas, since oil and humidity both hampers diffusion. Did you get any good results with only the spray instant line?

Oh yes, “good” effects. Way too strong effects, sometimes. I’d like to have a slower, smoother, more longer lasting diffusion than what a pure spray can give me. Some of those effects like Instant Shine only last a few hours for me.

I’ve got my own theory. I’ve been an omega dog for so many years, a lone wolf that I’m hypersensitive to phero effects- I’ve been feeling out peoples vibes for years subconsciously and not realizing it, much like an omega dog or cat will be hypersensitive. But I only used the vibes, and I just tended to avoid possible confrontation instead of working with the situation. Pheros are only part of communication, after all.

And I’m actually much more alpha than I gave myself credit for. That means I’m much more in-tune with the vibes the pheros send, and it only takes a little to give me a tune up. If I can get hits from nothing but day-old BO and some cologne, combed hair and grooming, I must have something working for me.
