ok do not use mones around the mentally challenged

love your sig btw..

lol sometimes I wonder when a student talks shit to me, hits me or grabs my junk at work. That doesn’t really make me feel very powerful for some reason. Haha. And then there are those kids man, no amount of person in power kinda shit can get them to budge. I mean, what is a ‘person in power’? It doesn’t just always come symbolically like that. You’d be surprised exactly what being a teacher means, its not necessarily as easy as it looks. Respect…That authority thing. I guess some people just ‘get it’, naturally. They don’t have to learn it or something idk. As for me…I’ve had to learn things to be good at what I do. Human nature and all that. And sometimes you gotta kiss a kids ass to get him/her to do the right thing. Praise and all that..I always hate that, good person that I am, praising a student that spits in your face when better students go praise-less.

I had advice for radman. Next time he gets a hit like that he should try parlaying that to talking to other strangers! I do it all the time. Once one stranger starts talking to you, other strangers are more likely to do so too. And its alright, cause its a conglomeration of strangers and shit haha, and his temporary ‘retarded’ friend could’ve been parlayed into talking to other persons, maybe a GROUP of persons. Maybe even with the brush off slash disclaimer “I dunno this chick, I just met her” (And maybe "What do you think about that? Nothing gets people more excited then division). lol sometimes its great having the goofy whacky socially inept wingman or woman..It just makes you shine all the more, man. Like saying “Gee, look at me, I’m so nice and caring and high value, it doesn’t bother me to converse with the peasantry for a day.” Usually when I’m out on the train, I find myself chatting with strangers…Its usually easier when you got one or more people with you and something to talk about. I talk very loudly, most people on a train can hear me from across the car, and wether they acknowledge it or not, they’ll listen to me if just cause they can’t will themselves deaf.

lol, dude…PEOPLE..All people..They wanna be useful. Make them feel useful..Ask them to do stuff, even little stuff. Ask them what they think. Thats my catch phrase sometimes “What do you think about that?”, or “What do you like?”. People like it (and sometimes they even find it unusual). Thats what I mean..Nobody wants to feel like they can’t do anything. They wanna feel part of something. I think we all wanna help, in a way. Its about directing that drive constructively. Most people don’t mind it when you tell them what to do, so long as something constructive and worthwhile and ultimately rewarding is attached to it. Even those big macho violent alpha male types..Give em a plan, something meaningful with a payout of some kind they value to them (if you sell it right), and they’ll be on your side to, listen to you, ya know?? At least till the better deal comes and rolls in..And they say like 90% of the things we say we don’t even use words to say…Body language, facial expressions and shit…What I was trying to get at is the more we’re different, the more we’re actually the same.
