When will you guys have a product that contains Oxytocin?
Oxytocin is well know to not be stable at room temps or outside of the human body. Hence LT was a bust. Nice bottle for mixing…
I don’t know how they keep their molecule stable, but I like LiquidTrust.
You are absolutely right.
However, my bottle of Liquid Trust is effective. I got a 1/4 ounce bottle of the normal stuff (not enhanced with none) from Love Scent. The effect is alot more subtle then what you get from say, Instant Openess or Instant Honesty or, lol, Come Talk to Me 2 (recently posted some experiences I had with this). Nothing seems different. But when you tell someone something, they believe you, even if it is improbable. Effect seems to last about half an hour.
Gotta be real careful with positive self effects.
“Hi…we’re insane killers…can we come inside and use your phone”.
“Sure…why not…you seem like nice, normal guys”.
There is something in that product. I doubt it is Oxtocin though.
i been tempted to try a bottle but too much inconsistent results and i did not feel like wasting money so decided to skip
OK, for starters Oxytocin isn’t a pheromone, it is a hormone, thus not really intended to cause effects from external input.
I have now gone through 3 bottles now, the first actually worked well. The second did absolutely nothing, and the third came after I started using Androtics products and while I have used it in conjunction with APR pheros, I’ve not worn it solo. But, I can say that the third bottle hasn’t seemed to produce any noticable effects either.
LT sounds like it might be part Alpha/Beta-nols and placebo. I’ve read enough about Oxytocin to know that you can’t bottle and sell it.
-D4
I like LT but your target needs to be VERY close for it to work. Also, the potency degrades quickly so plan on using it intensely once you get it. Keeping it cool helps.
It is great for sex, I find. Cover you and your lover with it - it can open your hearts.
Not to beat a dead horse, or anything, but Androstenone is a hormone, so is androstedienone, etc. Pheromones are volatile hormones… phero_mones.
BTW, I love oxytocin. And yes it works. But only at very close quarters, closer than social situations, like snuggling naked in bed.
Diane
Hehe…snuggling with Liquid Trust.
I use it to get what I want from difficult people…mwaaaaaahahahahahaha, cough, cough, mwahahahaa.
Well, to beat the horse even further, they are not actually hormones, but derivatives of hormones. They have different molecular structures and work differently. I.E., androstedienone and androstenone are derivatives of the hormone testosterone. Hormones work internally, while pheromones are secreted and work externally.
I’ve found need to be a little closer than that: spray directly into your subject’s nose or mainline it mixed with a little ice water…
No, they are hormones. Testosterone is not the only human hormone. Pheromones act as volatile signals, but in the body they act like any other hormone. The only difference is whether they are passed through the air from one person to another or whether they are used internally by the body. Some substances that act as pheromones, also act as neurochemical signals in the brain. There is some question whether inhaled androstenol, not snorted or applied in saline, crosses into the blood stream, crosses the brain barrier, and acts directly on the brain. I read several studies a couple of weeks ago that addressed this issue, and those studies seem to suggest this is the case. If that is true (I still want to see more data) then androstenol acts as a neuro-hormone and as a pheromone both.
Regardless, pheromones are stucturally identical whether they are inside the body or on the outside, and they are hormones.
Diane
I think the problem is our nomenclature.
"Hormone’ means “chemical messenger” and has in the past been considered have actions only within the individual body. Now that we have greater understanding of pheromones, we can considered them chemical messengers BETWEEN bodies. Hormones can be both neurotransmitters like acetyl choline, steroids like testosterone, and peptids like oxytocin and vasopressin. Andrenaline is another non-steroid hormone.
We’ve long heard the phrase “the scent of fear.”
It has also been suggested that plants have pheromones too, especially trees in a forest.
NO SHIT! I cited only from the example you posted!
OK, I really have tried to befriend you, and have even repped you numerous times, without any reciprocation on your part. But! now I’m kind of just a little pissed of that you feel the need to argue, without citing any proof! Please site your sources stating that hormones and pheromones are identical.
And also please state why Testosterone, Androstenone and androstedienone are the same, but can have completely different effects on subjects, since they are all in your words “IDENTICAL”!
And, that being the case, then please explain how Androstenols break down into Androstenone.
I dont think Diane is arguing she is just sharing her knowledge. Sometimes all this technical talk can make the everyday mone users feel a little lost. I know when my brother Michael starts in I always have to stop him and ask him to use Tisha Talk. Not that I am not smart, we have identical IQ’s its just he talks scientist LOL So does Diane and that not a insult Hun thats a compliment.
OK lets do this in “Tisha talk”
Pheromone and hormones are the same thing except…
Hormones: are certain chemicals used as signals, secreted by cells inside the body (into the blood), for the purpose of stimulating or inhibiting certain other cells, often all over the body.
Pheromones: Outside the body influence Olfactory, Not into blood.
Molecularly anone is anone in the body or out of the body, except in the body its a hormone and out of the body its a pheromone. Its the delivery method of the signal that seperates them
Now all hormones or pheromones are not identical molecularly. The question is whether they can act pheromonally. All hormones cant but some do.
Conversion explanation
Testosterone… C19 H28 O2
Anol …C19 H30 O
Anone… C19 H28 O
A1 …C19 H26 O
See how close they are molecularly. Now conversion can occur outside the body from anol to anone when bacteria like the Coryneform Bacteria breaks 2 Hydrogen atoms forming anone. Break down 2 more and you have A1. Alot of that bacteria is near the crotch and pits so that is one reason we avoid spraying there.
Why do they create different effects. Because those little atoms trigger different neurotransmitters into different pathways in the brain. The brain is a very complex and amazing machine. I could take your through the pathways but it Diane would probably be better at that.
Now Oxytocin is a short polypeptide hormone, C43H66N12O12S2, released from the posterior lobe of the pituitary gland, that stimulates the contraction of smooth muscle of the uterus during labor and facilitates ejection of milk from the breast during nursing. It has not been proven to act as a pheromone. Its been found in the brain stem as well which means its made there and has a function. Oxytocin from the brain can not cross the blood barrier in the brain to the body and vice versa so medical professionals have been testing a nasal spray to see if the can increase the amount in the brain function. In the brain its function is to treat autism but it also brings about sexual arousal bonding trust and maternal behavior. Massive dosages have been needed to create these effects though. More then you could ever get pheromonally. More then can possibly be in LT. Its believed that there are other mones at play in LT.
Does that mean it is not a pheromone no, it means its not been proven. There are factors that make it unlikely to work pheromonally. It needs to be temperature regulated which is a problem in selling it as a pheromone. Its a heavy molecule that doesn’t diffuse well or live outside the body long among other things. It is extremely volatile with serious side effects and is regulated by the FDA so no you probably wont see it here. Could there be a mutated or altered form someday in the putatives, maybe only Michael and Jasmin knows. ![]()
Tisha
Sorry Tisha, but with all due respet, and as rare as hell, I gotta disagree.
Hormones are precursers to phermones, and as as they change from hormone form to that of a pheromone form the chemical structure does change.
First and foremonst they change from heavy molecules, transported through the bloodstream or manufactured within the brain, to a light molecule able to cross the brain-blood barrier, or one that is able to be diffused through the skin.
Thus, one of the main reasons that Oxytocin is all but useless outsdie the carrier bolldstream.
Mark, I think your misunderstanding… Lets break it down to one mone at a time cause there are to many to make a blanket statement about.
Yes anone is a precurser to testosterone but it occurs in the body therefore its still a hormone till you take a piss LOL
Pheromones are not molecularly different inside the body and outside the body. They are categorized different. The structure is the same. The molecules is identical its just that all hormones and pheromones are not identical to each other.
Lets take anone for instance.
Its molecular structure is … C19H28O
Whether you find it in the sweat or urine (inside) the body or outside the body. Or in boars taint or celery the molecular structure is C19H28O They weigh the same inside the body and outside the body.
Its a fact proven by science. I am using wikipedia just look it up.
It says its a steroid … Now a steroid is …
But there are steroid hormones…
Anone is a androgen therefore its a steroid hormone in the body.
Pheromone means…
Therefore outside of the body anone becomes a pheromone.
The blood brain barrier is complicated it is said that certain androgens can cross the barrier into the brain (not into the blood stream) I have a hard time explaining this and I dont have a good grasp on it yet. I have the study here though thats interesting … http://cat.inist.fr/aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=17023238.
But basically they can travel past the blood brain barrier creating effects but because its a derivitive of testosterone it can not travel in the blood stream to increase testosterone levels. Which has been asked on here. They explained all that to me after I made some mistakes.
Now I agree with you about Oxytocin, It is a hormone, It has not been proven to work pheromonally It can not cross the barrier. Its to volatile to exist outside the body. Phermonally its weak.
So I think we are all three of us in agreement for the most part but having trouble with the delivery aspects and pathways or mechinisms.
Tisha
Now I know why my last GF kept begging me to tinkle on her. What I can’t figure out are all the people into drinking urine. Wouldn’t it be better to apply directly to the skin?![]()
Wow! Take it easy! I never heard of anyone getting so pissed off over a lack of a citation, before…![]()
Sorry you are so pissed off. If you want a citation, okay. Just as easy for you to look up, yourself, you know. Here is the citation.
***Androstenedione **(also known as 4-androstenedione) is a 19-carbonsteroid hormone produced in the adrenal glands and the gonads as an intermediate step in the biochemical pathway that produces the androgentestosterone and the estrogens estrone and estradiol.
- Androstenedione has been shown to increase serum testosterone levels over an eight-hour period in men when taken as a single oral dose of 300mg per day, but a 100mg dose had no significant effect on serum testosterone. However, serum levels of estradiol increased following both the 100mg and 300mg doses. The study also reported that the serum level of estrogens and testosterone produced varied widely between individuals.[4] (Androstenedione - Wikipedia) A 2006 review paper summarized several studies which examined the effect of androstenedione on strength training. At dosages of 50mg or 100mg per day, andro had no effect on muscle strength or size, or on body fat levels. One study utilized a daily dosage of 300mg of androstenedione combined with several other supplements, and also found no increase in strength when compared to a control group that did not take the supplements. The review authors speculate that sufficiently high doses may indeed lead to increased muscle size and strength. However, due to the federal ban on androstenedione supplements, it is difficult to carry out new research on its positive and negative effects. The review authors conclude that individuals should not use androstenedione supplements due to the lack of evidence of beneficial effects, the wide variation in individual responses to the supplement, and the risk of unknown side effects.[5] (Androstenedione - Wikipedia)
Because androstenedione is converted in part to estrogens, persons taking this supplement may have estrogenic side-effects, although none of the studies cited above used a sufficiently high dosage to draw any conclusions.

Androsterone (ADT) is a steroid hormone with weak androgenic activity. It is made in the liver from the metabolism of testosterone. It was first isolated in 1931, by Adolf Friedrich Johann Butenandt and Kurt Tscherning. They distilled over 17000 litres of male urine, from which they got 50 milligrams of crystalline androsterone, which was sufficient to find that the chemical formula was very similar to estrone.

*As for the biochemical lessons, sorry, no. I don’t have the energy or time for it. I only stated that whether the chemical is on the body or in the body, the structure is the same. The effects are different. I don’t know why you are so riled up, but frankly, it is not my problem.
