Persuade my boss into giving me needed vacation

Hi all,

I recently spoke to my manager about getting some time off for vacation in Christmas. He denied my request based on company policy. I was advised to try again.

What mones do you think would be the absolute best in putting myself in the best light for him to yield the needed time off?

Id go with IS + IG + p74

IS to put him in a good mood, IG and p74 to give you that old dependable friend vibe.

Change company policy, or change jobs. There’s not much that mones are going to do to change the situation. If its policy than mones will have an effect on the person but not so much where it will put them in jeopardy to make a concession to you.

Here’s what I suggest: make a daily impression by using A314 or IG everyday and work hard. Earn the respect of this person and then ask. The above mentioned combo is good too, but without the effort to back it you might just find yourself out of a job.

I don’t have IG. But I’ve been using p74 and I like the focus it gives me (I have slight ADD). Now, I do have a314, what is the difference between that and IG?

I believe A314 helped me secure this position..although the jury may still be out…

A314 is more ALPHA Dominance where as IG is warmer and more charismatic.
