Like has been mentioned by Rattlesnake congruence is the key. Pheromones in themselves are unlikely to make a huge difference in this regard though I believe A314 would be the most useful giving one a vibe of authority, credibility and trust at least in face to face interactions with people.
P83 seems to have some kind of ‘passionate’, totally in the moment, ‘connecting’ (without being ‘lightweightish’) quality to it that may be useful as an add on to A314 for exampe. P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) does have an ‘increased focus on the wearer’/auditory sensitivity/‘energy sensitivity agent’ effect (okay its hard to understand I think). ******I would think this putative would be useful when wanting to convince others, when wanting to sell something to them (even an idea), and when wanting others to be further focused on your A314 presence. **
Here are some posts that imply P83’s potential indirect usefulness as an add on to A314 for personal power enhancement…
TaoistBiker’s and Tater’s desriptions of what P83 does comprise the first three pasted posts:

TaoistBiker (April 21, 2007):
“My P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) experience is somewhat dose dependent.
I would describe it as a “vibe sensitivity” substance. In small amounts, it makes me sensitive to the energy present, and in high doses “sucks you in” to the energy. If things are social, it tracks the social energy. Likewise, it seems to have a similar response to anti-social and sexual energies. Very cool and empathetic in a way
I’m wondering if the P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) is playing off your natural energies.
Adding something like P79 or TAF modify the intensity while playing with either identification or disassociation of the subjective experience.
I think playing around with a P74/P83 combination could be fun.”

“[P83] feels more like a connecting agent rather than an enhancing agent. Subjectively it feels like an “experience”, “state” or “energy” bonding experience.
It’s different than beta-Androstenol to me in that beta-Androstenol is a more emotional/cerebral sort of connection and in me tends to be a “person bonding” experience.”

MadisonTate (November 2007):
“Tater thinks P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) has broader scope than androstenone, and that can be worse in some ways. However, Tater has never tried anything with straight androstenone…Turn Up the Heat is the closest. P83 and P86 seem to play with how vividly you can visualize something youre touching or feeling. I dont even think it gets rid of inhibitions, just that it enhances your ability to imagine something well, or feel something well, and if your resistance is almost exhausted, this can make you act on it. If boyfriends dont find that P83 triggers their turf protection instincts, i think its because they arent interested in you and theres no push there. However, if hes a brawler who enjoys sinking his fist into a punks face, and you tick him off by flirting with his girl, you may get an even worse fight. Instead of wanting to counter your aggressiveness, he will be enjoying the feeling of pummelling your face into the wall and may go on far longer than when he would normally stop.
A P83/P86/MEO-EST combination greases the rails for whatever train is on the track, and makes you not want to stop it. You still need to get it started, though.
Tater also thinks that P86 is being ignored. Use it together with P83. See what happens. Theyre complementary.”
Next we have P83’s potential usefulness as an auditory enhancer. This might result in some kind of reverse super power - as in others seem to ‘hear’ the P83 wearer better (which has been my own experience)…

“2.5 mu (Microgram - Wikipedia) P83 I applied to chin and inhaled during the spray. Just one spray over a mostly depleted base of A314 mutant and Instant Shine.
After about ten minutes, I started making the small muscular adjustments that remind me of trying to clear my sinuses and nasal passages when taking off in an airplane.
Except I was flexing and extending my temporoparietal muscles, the auriculares .. and some of the jaw and throat muscles as well: clearing my ears.
The next few hours riding around the city on buses and trains I was attuned to the sounds around me. Perhaps it was a shift in attention, or perhaps a real ratchet in auditory capacity – I was able to get a sense of the tone of people around me who were conversing, even when they spoke at a murmur (or I felt I did!) I seemed to have an empathetic understanding of their … “vocal intent”, if that makes any sense.
I repeated the P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) application about 8 hours later – one spray – and felt comfortable in my local bar sitting back and listening to the buzz around me. I felt I got some of the nuances of the music (videos) playing in the bar – more than I would ordinarily have picked up on – and could suss out the quality of laughter of various people there. I was able to rapidly shift my attention to tune into a short utterance from across the room, then jump back to two or three other conversations.
While I could hear words if I wanted to, I wasn’t eavesdropping – I ignored the words, for the most part, and tried to just listen to tone and rhythm.
I wondered if I’d shift into non-semantic audition (when listening to a quality of a person’s voice and you shift into a mode where although you hear the words, you only hear the words as if they were nonsense sounds; you can pick a word and repeat it until it begins to lose it’s meaning-carrying value, until it’s just a sound).
I didn’t, but I’ll make a conscious intention to go there if I can when I try P83 next.
In summary: high auditory alertness, flexibility, and perhaps even enhanced sensitivity, preceded by face and throat “gestures” or “exercises” related to “opening ears”…
PS: I had P83 / 2.5 ****mcg in a to-go with no additional scent. **I get a hint of a rotting/aging meat aroma from P83, but I stop sensing it after a minute.”
P83 has already been used by Phoenix and NBully with good results. I can definitely remember getting the ‘quieting/focused on me mode’ that Phoenix talks about when I wore high doses of P83 (60 mcg+)…

“**Day report 3 A314 + MX158 (12.5 mcg P83 in Ammo) **
Rubbed on chest and neck and wrists. I was wearing winter clothing so most of the application points were covered except the neck.
Today I had decided to do few things, all work related, and was purposeful from morning. P83 might have enhanced the feeling. Also got quite a few looks of respect and unexpected smiles. Some from older ladies, ala none effect but also from some ladies in their 20s. My mood was even, also articulate. It seems to be an enhancer like P79 but feels slightly different.
Need to try when not feeling so confident and purposeful.”
P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314)** seems to have some kind of ‘passionate’ quality to it where people use it for dancing and possibly other kind of musical performances. I can see that also being very useful (with the other qualities of P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) mentioned above) in sales demonstrations for example, business presentations and in convincing others into following a course of action (see the highlighted part in Carries’s first post below and Kitten’s post - the last one pasted in below)…**

SwingerMD (5 September 2006):
"Second day on using p83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) here. The feeling that I get from this one and the vibe that I get from other people can be summed up by part of the lyrics from a song:
What you want.
Baby I got.
What you need.
Do you know I got it?
A’ll I’m askin’
Is for a little respect when you come home (just a little bit).
Yesturday, I wore about 60 mcg (Microgram - Wikipedia) along with four drops of Pheros at a dance. Same thing today as I was running around doing errands. On Suday, I had a very long conversation with the ballroom cook on new laptop computers. She wanted my expert opinion on what new computers to get. Nothing noticable from any of the follows that I danced with yesturday, but I got approached by a few aspiring photographers (I’m a well known photographer on the swing dance scene.), wanting to know my opinion on equipment, techniques, etc . . . .
As for today, I went into the Bose store to ask for replacement ear pads for my Triports. The service rep began by telling me how I can go to the website to order new earpads. After telling me this he said, “You know, on second thought . . . it’s my last day here . . . we normally don’t do this, but I’ll just get you some new ones.”
Outside the mall I ran into a couple of swing dance follows that I knew and a local jazz saxaphonist (playing on the sidewalk). Within a few min, I found myself dancing with one of them amids the Labor Day traffic on the sidewalk. I was even asked if I teach dancing lessons (I don’t.). All in all, a very unusal day. I’ll try this out on my co-workers tomorrow.

P83… a nice little empathogen
Carrie (18 November 2006):
"We were out dancing last night and I wore 50 mcg (Microgram - Wikipedia) of P83 with Serge Lutens Fleurs d’Oranger; no other -pheromones. On the way there, W (my husband) was annoyed with the other drivers on the freeway and his own aggressive driving style (his usual M.O.) really bugged me - I felt more bothered by it than usual. I felt fairly unconnected with the crowd, observing them coolly and critically. They were mostly white folks in their 20s and weren’t feeling the band (10-piece soul/funk/R&B) the way we were so the giant dance floor was all ours until about 11 when it filled up (I suppose a lot of them won’t dance until their blood alcohol level reaches a certain point!)
The highlight of the evening came later on and can’t be attributed entirely to -pheromones of course, but they may have played some role, who knows? I really adore this band and was thrilled when late in the evening the leader (K) approached us and offered W a job in a new band he’s forming. We’ve talked to him once before so he knew W is getting out of his current band and looking for a new one. K talked about this new smaller group having a different focus, being all about “the beauty” and “leaving a lot of space” - he was speaking W’s language. They love the same material and K knows a lot of the guys W has played with before, but I think it’s kind of unusual to get offered this kind of gig without ever hearing W play a note!"

Carrie (19 November 2006):
"…I do believe W was acted on by the P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314). He is very permeable to environmental influence, sensitive and psychic, and he responds quite a bit to my vibe, whether it’s pheromonally amped or not. I think that he does have a naturally aggressive personality but it’s been damped down by circumstances and typically has only come out under pressure. For example, he was bullied as a kid, but morphed into a monster on the football field - all that adolescent rage found the perfect outlet!
**On ****P83 (Experimental Pheromone P83 - Alpha A314) testing night, he behaved dominantly and aggressively (not usual for him, except behind the wheel). His dancing was bold and sensual, which set him apart. The confidence he displayed garnered him more attention and respect than he gets when he’s his usual Minnesota-nice self. He seemed to get into a zone similar to where he goes when he’s onstage performing … on second thought, maybe he was auditioning for K! **
P83 feels none-like to me; at least it makes me/us more dominant, edgy, impatient, uninhibited. I didn’t feel sexually aroused by wearing it alone (though I have before when wearing it with cops). W didn’t seem to be aroused by it either, though his morning-after erection was even more impressive than usual - no time to play, unfortunately!"
