I didn’t make this as professional as I wanted, but it will work for now. I wanted to make the breifcase that opens up to a row of bottles in perfectly shaped foam (like in the movies when somebody had poison or bio chemicals) Not going to happen any time soon.
Here is what you need.
1 X-acto nife.
1 Case Logic DVD player shuttle (model #WDES10 found on the cardboard sleave by the cases handle.)
1 pack of foam seat cushions 1 inch think. (you might want to get 2 and return 1 if needed. I almost ran out of usable large pieces because I had to figure out how to cut the foam properly)
Everything should be self explanitory by the pictures. The tricky part is cutting the slots in the foam for the bottles. You should make the slots 1" x 3.25" It’s not that exact realy. The foam is a little tricky to cut cleanly, so just make sure that the width is about 1 inch and the heigth is about 1/2 shorter than the bottle. This gets a pressure on the bottle and it won’t slide out of the foam so easily.
