Im watching the tv drama Eleventh Hour and the show is about a perfume that has pheromones in it.
It was meant to be an aphrodisiac but it had an unfortunate side effect, homicidal tendencies.
Caused men to go literally temporarily insane and kill the wearer of the perfume.
I just thought it was interesting.
Huh.. Interesting. What channel does it come on & time?

I love that show eleventh hour and watch it when i can on my dvr usually on the weekends.
it is on cbs on thursdays at 10 pm, there is also a UK version as well.
I saw the epiospde and they did a great job and i loved the show, though they portrayed pheros in a very negative light, but that is what happens in the mainstream media

It is entertainment! I think the writing acting is great. I know it is a hit in the UK.
I think Hood is superb and love the science side of the FBI investigations.
I don’t see how it makes mockery of it?
I do know the ratings are very high for Eleventh hour and is doing much better in ratings then CSI: Las vegas and glad to see something different then how many CSI’s and Law & Order we have and have something original for a change. Next we will have a CSI: Hawai or CSI: Space Station
While there are pheromones that are purported to serve only negative neural functions I don’t think there’s a specific homicide molecule. Only sociopaths would have the perversity to want to utilize pheromones for such purposes.
What a journal entry that would be. “I tried putative 178 today and some freak tried to kill me!”
if there was…i think the military would love to get its hands on it…
well they are done testing acid on their soldiers,
maybe they are using something to this extent already.
Of course it is. If it wasn’t, CBS wouldn’t have copied it. There is another “great new show” on American TV, Life on Mars that is an old UK series.
“Creativity” today on American TV consists of copying foreign TV hits. I read an article last fall that listed all of the “new” fall shows that were actually copies of foreign shows.
But I still saw the show last night.
