Steve, if I want to buy something “deal” wise, or “out of stock” may I personally ask for you? Or will whoever answers the phone know what kind of decisions to make regarding which member from the board calls? In other words, is everyone at Androtics informed about the “hint” you referred to in your other thread?
Hey Denec, I’m really not trying to harp on you, but just to cite a comparison example:
Androtics clearly mixes products in batches and hopefully attempts to mix combinations that will work best for the majority of testers. To ask for an unscented product is probably a good bit of extra work on their part.
If you were to have called Tom Ford or walked in to a Neiman Marcus and said you wanted to buy tobacco Vanille, but wanted it without the cocoa note, what do you would they have told you?
Or how about if you walked into a Dodge dealership and told them you wanted a Viper, without the engine?
Most companies wouldn’t and couldn’t cater to those type of requests.
However, as has already been said, if you call in and place your order with Steve over the phone, doors can open and magical things happen.
Is there really anyone else that works at Androtics? To my knowledge Steve is pretty much the only one that ever answers the phone. I’ve talked to Jasmin but never on the Androtics line, and I’ve talked to the girls in the lab once but they called me and it was from a different number, and Steve once gave me Mickaela’s number and told me to leave a voice mail message for her. But, I’m beginning to suspect that Androtics is really just Steve and a voice synthesizer! 
Mickaela does answer on occassion if Steve is really busy, but most times it’s just Steve.

Actually No I wasnt off at the time of that post. I made Steve aware of how upset the members were and Jasmin and him popped in and read the posts and made decisions from that. Which is why I told denac not to get upest and call Steve. Customer Service has always been Priority #1 and voices are heard here which is why Androtics is so well loved. As your moderator I make sure your voices are heard

Hahaha…fair enough…I will call SteveO tomorrow. I call him from time to time, and we are on very good terms.
Hrmm… it appears I will actually have to get off my lazy ass and call for my next order 
Actually Mickaelia answers way more than I can now. She is the CS Queen and is completely in charge of that department. She will be able to completely help anyone that calls about ordering.
Just to make this clear though, many will call and as always be shown love, but its the Guru’s like Dancing Joker, Marc-In-Dallas, Lor, Catlord17, Denec, Diane999, Gone with the wind and users with that kind of status that will get extra love.
It is what it is and unless you have proven, on the forums, an understanding of diffusion, compounding, mixing, silage, more than I know anyway you most likely wont here what you want.

Mar**C is the french version of MarK **- I find it terribly uncommon for people without an french background to spell it properly… especially Americans. Hell… I get people emailing me constantly who spell my name with a K even though they are replying to an email from me where my signature clearly shows I spell my name with a C.
You know, I think WrlprKhnx may be on to something. Americans spell it with a K .
