P78 has an appetite suppression characteristic for me without the adrenaline-like response. I’m not sure if it would work the same way for a guy, since it is rumored to be an estrogen-derivative.
Theoretically, any pheromone that ramped up sexual urges should conversely and instinctively suppress the desire for food.
