Pheromones, deodorant and body sprays

Hi,

Forgive what may be a dumb question - would a deodorant/body spray impede the effectiveness of a pheromone? Ie overpower it and neutralise it - I am a little new to all this.

Today is my first day… an exciting evening ahead - see what happens!

I’ve read that people use cologne to cover up scents they’re not fond of on androtic products, and I’ve done the same.

However, apparently anti persperants do hinder the potential of the pheromones. I suppose logically as they stop your natural pheromones from being emmited, they’d have a similar effect on the Androtics.

A normal body spray, I’m not to sure on though! Logically I’d say they were no different from a cologne.. but thats logic talking - not experience!

Surley a few squirts of an anti persperant in your pits to prevent BO isn’t going to prevent the effectiveness of spray Pheromones on your neck, hair wrist etc. Aparantly a lot of your natural pheromones come from the arm pit area and after a short while break down and cause BO so I guess putting anti persperant on will hinder your natural Pheromone production.

I know when I’m going out with pheromones on I take a vigorous shower to remove as many natural pheromones as possible and off course to be clean, I then apply anti persperant. At 19 I’m well aware that I could OD easily on None so when wearing AMMO I try to remove as many natural pheromones before hand. I don’t I produce massive amounts of None though because I’ve gone to 3 sprays of AMMO without a noticable OD.

I see your point, but I was refering to say spraying ammo on your right wrist, then covering it immediatly with a spray of anti persperant.

Yeah I think that would hamper the difusion, it would be foolish to do so. Spaceland is the only product I don’t like the smell of the rest I love so I don.t bother covering or anything.

That’s kinda defeating the purpose of the pheromones.

You can cover them with perfume, cologne, after shave, lotion (although lotion will slow diffusion) but do not use deodorant or especially antiperspirant over them.

I dont understand why you would put deodorant on your wrist.

I assume you are talking about tag/Axe deodorant?

If so, I don’t know how much of a deodorant it really is, more of cheap cologone in a can. Perhaps put the phero’s on your wrist and spray on your forarms.. it should mask but not hamper the product.

I’ve known people who work up a sweat just by standing there and breathing, just because they have rabbit-like metabolism. One guy even sprays antiperspirant on his hands and wrists, because the sweat irritates his wrist where he wears his watch, and he hates giving clammy handshakes. When I worked outside, I used to spray the inside of my work boots with antiperspirant to cut down on foot funk.

Using an antiperspirant on places other than the 'pits isn’t THAT unusual, but I’m thinking pxl probably meant a regular, non-antiperspirant body spray like Axe or Tag.
