i guess i dont see cops as a depressant but i can see how on a period it could get that way. as someone who doesnt get depressed on cops, i really wouldnt know the answers to that, but im interested in knowing because i refer mixes to galpals and want to be accurate
I think MX135 is feminine, but it’s a little hard to separate that out from the chocolatini!!! scent. It’s not powder-puff or giggly - it’s more wild and fun.
Weepy? Well, the only people I recall getting weepy on cops are one woman on L-S (she’s about my age) and our Nunya. I don’t think it happens to everyone, and I wouldn’t anticipate that a postmenopausal woman would have a problem with cops … but there’s only one way to find out.
AS the mother of at least one grown child, I would recommend slipping that toll-free Androtics number to Mom and encouraging her to have a confidential chat with Jas about what she’d like to experience and the best pheros to support that. I wouldn’t want my daughter too involved in it, frankly.
In the meantime, you could slip her something uplifting and known to be generally widely helpful to try out. I hope she doesn’t have a computer or you’re busted. Better get her ordering over the phone with a credit card before its too late
I think pheros have helped with my depression, although its too soon to be sure. This is the longest time without a major episode in couple of years.
haha I don’t think my mom could share much more with me than she has already. There’s a reason I have commitment issues. I got frightened at an early age.
lol actually in all seriousness - it’s getting to that point with my parents that we’re only one crisis away from a full role reversal. She’d rather i take care of it anyways - she trusts my judgement.

Jury’s out on Instant Sexi with me. Also Cleo, but I’ve yet to have a bad day while wearing it, so it’s coming under suspicion as a good one for me. First I said no on Sexi, but then I got MX134, I felt that TAL note and it worked for me. I should be able to narrow that down when my straight TAL comes. I’ve never worn the cops alone so I’m not sure what they do by themself. I’m getting Instant Sexi again too.
I will get to the bottom of the Sexi mystery. It makes me mad that everybody else is floating around on it and I’m not - but I mostly used it in the beginning, when nothing was working. The ones above I am pretty sure of. MX134 is probably my favorite. Every time I wear MX138 I think I’m pretty - even if I thought I was yuck five minutes before applying. That’s a mood booster. I don’t care if it is the phero.

No, just the whole mom/child thing. It’s such a weighty role/archetype/psychologically loaded thing. Or maybe the intimacy of any family or close longstanding relationship. Sometimes it’s better talking stuff through with people that don’t know too much about you, especially if you’re wanting to see yourself in a new way. Does this make sense? Sigh…maybe it’s a loaded topic for me.
I always did seem to need some reserve within close relationships too. It feels like it is difficult for me or the other person to see who I am becoming in a context of who I’ve been for so long and I’m sure that works both ways. I’m having trouble expressing this.
I always like to feel I’m free to evolve into something else at the drop of a hat and sometimes with family (I really don’t have any anymore except my kids) or even really long-time friends, it’s like, I’m gonna be that, and they’re “but you’re this! you’ve always been this! over and over and over! remember? 'cause we do!” and sometimes even “but we NEED you to be this” and I just want to stomp my foot and say “but I don’t want play that anymore!”
But back to this case…Nunya’s mom is very lucky to have a daughter like her and if she was my daughter I would probably see it all different.
I love her mom’s immediate gut reaction, that instant, I want this, I need this, get this for me now! She definitely should have pheros and they are going to have fun with this! I’m waiting for the “pheros with mom at lunch/shopping” post or “double phero bombs at the family gathering” post. They could take things to a whole new level! Hurry up and get mom those pheros. This could make Mother’s Day gifting ever so much more interesting.

well it’s been a long road for my mom and i to get to where we are now. i bore the brunt of her crazy growing up, but it took both of us maturing, for us to really be able to relate to each other woman to woman (almost hee hee). And a lot of brutal honesty with ourselves and each other. it’s been worth it tho. but yeah i was surprised with her initial reaction too. She’s not usually so “definite” about new things. I can’t wait to get her experimenting as well!
so I talked with Jasmin today, and we decided to go with some Instant Shine and Instant Shine to start with. Get mom going easy. On another note - I was laughing about this on the phone with her, but I had sprayed myself twice with 1X shine, before going to my doctor’s appointment. It’s always a 2 hour wait, but it went by so quickly, cuz I was in a great mood, i wasted soem of that time, calling her, and all the Office ladies were so friendly and smiling when I went in. They’re usually really frazzled.
I should mention i have residual MX134 and a drop of cleo from this morning.
Even my doctor, who’s usually worn out, by 6:30 at night when i see him, was chattier than usual, in an upbeat mood, and actually joked with me about my biological clock. he also explained that post-menopausal women typically do have estrogen in their systems, until they reach their 70s or so and then they are pretty much pre-pubertal (he’s an endocrinologist, and a real star in his field). So I’m glad I’m not testing cops on her right off the bat. But it does make me think she might like a little A314. As I said I’ll bring some down to test with her on my next visit.
well as I’ve said - with me personally, it’s when my estrogen is ramping up (pre-ovulation) that it makes me weepy - like literally within an hour of putting anything with cops on - altho i don’t usually actually start crying til late afternoon.. And i’m willing to extrapolate on Moms because she and I are very similar biologically speaking, except she has that added depressive predisposition. Now it might be that her estrogen is low enough that it’s irrelevant to her, but i’d rather wait til she’s got a handle on fairly regular fair before she starts tweaking her emotions for the heck of it.
