I’m glad to hear the good news data! A guy I go golfing with had this happen. Half of his heart is essentially dead. The doctors told him that his body rerouted his blood flow… it grew new veins to supply the heart. Your brother should really look into changing his lifestyle… obviously after he gets better. I’m sure he’ll hear it enough from his doctor but it will be important for him to have all the support he can get from his familly. I would really encourage him to quit smoking… i know sometimes it’s like talking to a brick wall (my wife smokes… i can’t stand it) but it’s certainly worth a shot as no ammount of ciggarettes is worth your life. If you need anything - don’t be shy!
