ok, i have a situation. I got back together with an ex who is head over heels for me and straight up told me she want’s to “spend the rest of her life with me.” i just don’t feel the relationship clicking the way i think it should and i’m just not happy in it. a break up may be in the not too distant future. 
the last thing I want is to leave her crushed. is there anything i can use which may ease things? help a noob out! I imagine A314 and the overtly sexy/sexual ones are def out of the question.

The best way to break up with a woman is to respect her enough to be honest with her. Unless she’s really immature, she’ll eventually calm down and respect you even more.
If you want to try pheromones, there are a few different theories. Overdosing on androstenone is one; might make you smell like cat piss, might make you overly aggressive, and it might just make her desperate to have your babies RIGHT NOW. Overdosing on A314 is another. Put yourself so far above her for status that she could never hope to match and she walks. This of course has some costs and risks too. Having been on both ends of this situation my advice is end it and keep away. Make it a clean break, if not she will always be hanging thinking you will change your mind, if you are around it will make it harder for her to get on with her life.
In fact i would go as far as to say do or say something to piss her off, that will make it easier for her to get you out of her life.
My ex who broke up with me kept texting me even though i had told her i could not do the just friends stuff, if i was to get on with my life she needed to be out of it, i knew this from the past as this has happened before with her.
In the end i had to say something that pissed her off and she told me she would never contact me again, hard but best for both of us.
The simple truth is breaking up is painful and moving on with life and leaving the past behind is the best solution.

The real question is whether you have been using A314 around her. The more I read this the more this sounds EXACTLY like an A314 stalker crush and needs delicacy to be handled correctly.

thanks. i don’t know why i’m having a hard time finding the balls to call it quits. i had no trouble the first time. not even 100% sure i should. and i’ve only tried a314 around her once and she didn’t seem to notice at all. i think i honestly have her wrapped around my finger with no help of pheromones.
