but i am curious as to what strength to use the lowest one seems to be what the website suggests but would a stronger strength be bad for the things IM getting? im planning to get io and tuth. And what’s better ammo or tuth( main purpose is getting out of the friend Zone I’m 25 Asian.

As to which mones you should use, I gather from your post that there’s a specific girl you have in mind?
If that’s not the case, and you were speaking about women in general, disregard the following. It’s important to note the limitations of pheromones. If someone had me in the friend zone, I wouldn’t rely on pheromones alone to change her mind. That’s just wishful thinking. You have to change something in your behavior or how you speak to her or whatever. Pheromones can help with that but they cannot simply change people’s minds.
A big part of the secret is this word we use, congruency. It’s a math term, but basically you need to act consistent with the image your pheromones are projecting, else people will shit-test you and you’ll get shot down. In other words, you need to be the person you want them to see.
For instance, wearing many sprays of 2x TUTH by itself is going to project a heavy vibe. Many people will be put on edge by lots of none, an ingredient in TUTH. They usually fall into three or four categories: fight, flight, fuck or ghost. You’ll get tough guys wanting to fight or argue, some people will avoid you, a few will be attracted, and a few will ignore you, a phenomenon we call ghosting.
You can make heavy none mixes work, however, by acting congruently. Get a little riled up. Or don’t. However you want to play it, you’ve got to act consistent with the chemical signature you’re putting off.
All that being said, go with Ammo. combined with IO, you’ll see some consistent hits.
The best strength is the one that works best for you and your situation, with the most convenient number of sprays - So to that end, we can’t really give any definite advice. This is where you need to do your basic testing.
One very important thing to remember is that strength does not always equal good with pheros!
So when starting out, it is generally best to find your basic dose with the 1x products and then, if the dose works out, it may be viable to go up to 2x as an econimy/scent control measure.
This is especially the case for products containing Androstenone (TUTH, Ammo) as too much can go against you, badly, making you seem aggressive, creepy, overly horny etc and at 25, you are well in the frame for the 1x products but it is not so clear-cut for the socials (IO, IH, IS) and there you often can use the 2x effectively from the off as these don’t contain Androstenone and you seldom need just one spray. However, I would say the general rule still holds for them too.
What to use - again that depends on your own situation. TUTH with a social/feelgood buffer like IO or IO/IS is good in uninhibited/aunchy situations like clubs and parties but Ammo is much more widely usable - incl polite company as it has a much more balanced/all-round sexy/social/masculine vibe.

WOw really eye opening post thanks. I kind of wanted to go with TUTH because it seemed to get the reviews that seeemed to go the direction i wanted. Ammo seemed to be just to make friends. I tend to be pretty loud and argumentative. Im not a jerk but i hang out with a lot of marines and their mannerism rub off on me. So what type of personality should one half for ammo? what about if im not in the friend zone would TUTH still not help?
Ammo sounds pretty good for that personality - and you can steer it into more fun/feelgood territory with IS, or even add a little TUTH to increase its sexual presence whilst retaining some moderation from its other pheros.
The only thing I’d avoid is hefty doses of unmoderated TUTH as it will compound the abrasive personality traits - which is ok if she likes jerks but not so good in other moods.
TUTH, moderated with IO and IS is still one worth considering as the IO/IS will help soften your personality in a “good to be around” way and take some of the rough edges off TUTH but I’d still tend to keep that for clubs/parties etc and use Ammo in the daytime/more sedate environments.
Although its not an attraction phero, A314 would add substance/status to your impression, which can be good around mid-late 20s and over women who are looking for an LTR but if she’s still at the having fun/nothing serious stage, it may not be so good a choice.
I just bought to go bottles of io ammo and Ruth so I will do some testing and get back to you on how it works;
