I’ve read books on picking up women. From what I gathered a lot leans towards NLP. There’s basic tips and tricks associated with it.
I’m looking for a decent resource to compare notes to and possibly read up on. I’m decent at picking up, I know I can do a lot better. They did say that NYC is one of the more harder places to pick up women, esp if they’re in a bar or club settings.
Any suggestions?

O man social dynamics comes in so many different varieties, and many are worth learning. the key thing to learning pick up or any skilled art for that matter is hands on experience. As with these mones, they all have there own little thing about them. people could sit and explain each one all day but you would never really learn it, and have it en-grained into you unless you try it yourself and then learn from it.
nlp is just one resource of many that will help you in social dynamics, it will help with modifying:
but nlp is used for more then pickup, and actually wasn’t originally designed for it but rather for overall business practices in the professional world, but it has its own place in the pickup community as well. nlp is really a tool to change your life in general, especially when it comes to the way you speak to yourself in your mind.
But as for social dynamics sources, you can use anything from:
those are my favorite teachers, and they all have there own niche in the system. Dont get hung up on who is better then who it doesnt matter, and is plainly a waste of your time. Each of them have something to teach and offer some sort of value.
WARNING !! - Do not overload yourself with piles a pawn piles of information, 1 book is fine. If you do, you will go out and find yourself overwhelmed and it just makes it so you freeze up and do nothing instead of act.
my personal rule
every 1 hour you spend reading on social dynamics.
you spend 2 hours in the field or you will not get anywhere.
this will make it so your less likely to get overwhelmed with information. you’ll better be able to put everything that you learn as you read into practice. as for actual sources and books, I personally go the seminar route myself, I’m a very visual learner so it helps me to put things into practice much quicker then by reading it in a book. But bottom line the only way your going to get better which is what I’m assuming you want is BE WILLING TO FAIL !!
only after that point will you get really, really good.

If you’re looking for NLP stuff that’s specifically designed for pickup you’ll want to read Ross Jeffries “Speed Seduction”. There’s a lot of PUA material out there varying from canned, structured material from guys like mystery to more “natural game” style endorsed by Vin Dicarlo, Carlos Xuma and and the RSD guys. Ross’s stuff is the only stuff that seems to rely heavily on NLP and language patterns.
I have Vin DeCarlo’s ebook and I also have David DeAngelo.
So far i’ve liked DeCarlo’s apprach to it, I just have to re read it again
Vin DiCarlo’s book is called The Attraction Code. IMO it’s good value, but it also comes with an automatic subscription to his monthly CD which is $67/mo. You can unsubscribe (the first month is free). So just something to be aware of.
Jonathan Altfeld also has some nlp-related material on “flirting” and it’s very applicable to seduction.
Very strongly recommend doing fundamental NLP, as NLP, before venturing out into this field… esp.the area they call Meta-Programs (how people sort out information)… learned at the master-practitioner level… you need a good shot of basic theory so you don’t get tangled up in "approaches’
Once you get a grasp of that try S-cubed or “Sexual Selection Switch” it’s more technique than theory and designed to “flip the script” and have women treat you the way guys treat hot women. You basically reverse the relationship values from you bringing the survival value of your income in exchange for her replication value to her bringing survival value in exchange for your replication value.
In other words, instead of having a girlfriend that LETS you have sex with her so long as you spend money, you get a girlfriend that spends money on you and showers you with gifts and favors expecting to be rewarded with sex from you.
it cost me $1500 at the time but doing the 3 day weekend here in NYC with Real Social Dynamics changed forever the way I look at pick-up, women, the whole idea of a woman, her tactics, for a broke guy like me, it was worth saving $ for 6 months and doing, now for the rest of my life I’m changed for the better.

Now you can look up The Blue Decoded and The Foundation…from Real Social Dynamics…I don’t care who you are…after watching those, you will no longer think about women the same way.
