Did anyone ever tried to use pheromones ON their pets?
I dont have a pet, but lets try this…
If you got a dog, walk him out next time you do, without any pheromones and walk him through a place with other dogs around. Pet or otherwise.
Next day walk him out with 2 drops of a314 on him. I’am curious on what we’ll see.
I am curious because a lot of people in here say that their pets (dogs or cats) start acting differently with pheromones on their masters… Does it really affect animals? I am curious…
Actually because dogs and other animals use their sense of smell much more than we do, I kinda think this is a bad idea. Sure it will wash off or wear off and won’t harm the animal long term but just imagine being dosed with dog pheromones and then being “walked” around other people. I don’t believe in animal rights, but I also don’t believe in intentional cruelty.
I’ve tried SOE and IO on my gold fish many times. Most respond in a positive manner, allowing me to hold them and gently stroke their bodies while they nibble at my fingers. They often poke their little heads completely out of the water, look me in the eyes, wildly rush down to the bottom, suck in a bunch of gravel and spew it out of their mouths. TAA didn’t do much but androstenol seems to be a definite fish mone. And, yes, fish produce mones (even insects do).
Well, our pheromones are people pheromones, so I don’t think they would be appropriate for dogs…all the different animals do have their own pheromones, like the ones that can be used for hunting, or insect control, etc. Try Google-ing dog pheromones, maybe they have some someplace
Actually, we do share some mones with animals. Androstenone (5[alpha]-androst-16-en-3-one) is common among mammals, especially cats, pigs, primates and, of course, humans. Androstenone is so important in pig mating commercial androstenone products are available:
Well, due to a miscalculation on my part, I ended up scrubbing off a decent dose of TUTH, and my cat instantly started rubbing all over the washcloth. I eventually had to move the rag to the shower head instead of the drying rack so that the rag wouldn’t be molested.
Right now I am lying on my back using my laptop, and my male cat keeps lying on my chest and getting in the way so its hard to type (must be left-over Blind Bottle #2 from yesterday, haven’t showered yet)
I want you people to commit a horrific animal rights abuse. A senseless act.. Something that will lead these ‘pets’ to depression. Possibly a trauma… And you post funny pictures.
