“Is it legal to use pheromone in the US?” and “How to defend that it’s legal verbally?”. This question is going on in my mind for quite a time. Now I moved to live in the school’s dorm (Christian high school) and I just wanna make sure that I won’t have any trouble with this and can defend myself against questions if they have.
Please provide me answers for these question.

Legality regarding what?
I mean if somebody who doesn’t understand tell me that it’s some kind of “cheating on others’ emotions” and “don’t do it, it’s illegal” or “some can cause self effects too, so don’t do it, it’s some kind of drug”, I should have some reasonable answer for those questions.
There isn’t anything (that I know of) in the lawbooks that ban pheromone usage. Pheromones are naturally occurring, so unless the gov’t plans to ban natural human pheromone production then that’s another story. If you want real law answers, go consult with a lawyer that’s a member of the bar in your state. See what they say.
I honestly think you have a misconception of what pheromones are or what they do. It isn’t some magic elixir or a drug that just makes women go wild over you and that they can’t control themselves.

In America you are innocent until proven guilty. You don’t have to defend anything. Don’t. Don’t take the defensive. You don’t owe them any explanation. The burden or proof is on them, whoever they think they are.
If someone wonders what it is, you can tell them it’s cologne. Or just tell them to mind their own damn business. If they have a problem with it, tell them it’s a free country and to go f*ck themselves.
Remember, you don’t get your rights from the government or from the Catholic school. You are born with rights. If someone tries to deprive you of your rights, they are the ones who can go to jail.
Pheromones are perfectly legal but that doesn’t mean ever person should use them.
The legality of you using them is not the same as what we were talking about with the legality of selling or targeting sales toward kids.
Your a adult, so you dont have to explain your use of pheromones to anyone. There is nothing wrong with you using them and they will not make people do anything against their free will.
I think people are misunderstanding what members like Rad and I were trying to convey about kids in puberty using mones and producing a line for pubescent kids.
