if i give postive,it adds 10.
if i give negative,it takes 10. not hard to figure out 
id rather ignore a bad post than neg someone,unless im being attacked.

Hi Flip, it sure is annoying when there is a longer than anticipated wait for an order, as Smartmones are very fast with the dispach, it is just that the postal service has little holdups here and there, and this is the problem, as the shipper has no control of the item once it has been shipped. And regarding your neg rep, it seems strange that the person thinks to know you, but as i see it , you are always bound to come across people with missconceptions occasionally. This happens to me also from time to time.

Well, Flip, I don’t think that a person like Lor would neg rep you for complaning about your order! As a normal human being, she might retaliate if she’s ‘attacked’ or provoked! I agree that it’s hard to determine exactly who is doing this but you might not realize that you actually can read/judge a person’s character by observing his/her writings! Our words and actions normally reflect our personality, of course we can sometimes pretend!
