Why is it a possibility to negative rep without commenting? Is it not possible to change the coding so it wouldn’t be possible? I’ve gotten two negative reps on my journal in the last few days, and I’m sick of it. If you don’t like my journal at least tell me why. Bullshit.
Well you dont have to comment when you positive rep someone either. I wouldnt worry about it. Once in a while we all get hit with the Phantom neg repper. Just do your thing and post. The person neg repping without stepping up and signing it is just trying to cause unrest in the forum. Plus if this is how they get their kicks they must be pretty darn pathetic. Feel sorry for them not mad at them.

Luckily I don’t have to worry anyone neg rep me, as I have only 1 Rep Power. Hahahah neg rep till you die, I still get 1 rep power.

Actually you can go into the red with negative rep power so it will just start to say -1 -2 etc etc
But not to worry I have seen how great you do greeting new members and I am sending some big reps you way.

yea grey is when someone neg reps but they dont have enough rep power themselves to harm yours.
no, grey reps usually come from a new members who does not have any reps yet. This could possibly happen in the intro section when newbies want to thank you. Since they have not received any reps, their reps to other members are neutral. I don’t think a newbie would want to neg’ rep people already.
well the same applies for neg repping. since they have no power yet, they cant neg rep you. i’ve always gotten my thanks from brand new people who havent got reps yet as green, +1 reps. now when one neg repped me a while back, for any reason, they didnt have enough power to do so, and it was neutral. perhaps they may just sign up to simply give people a hard time, not for any reason otherwise.
It’s all actually just a plot to gain positive reps, isn’t it pherophreak?

In all seriousness though, negative reps are nothing to fret, there are so many people on here doling out the love, via positive reps, that the negatives just become white noise. There is so much love here, in fact, that any attempt to spread negativity results in a heck of alot more love

Well, the thing is I dont mind having a low Rep level, I just dont like negative reps. 
LOL It jumped because getting repped once by mine can cause that. I have 11000 rep points almost. Which can also hurt if I neg you but I have never negged anyone here. You can usually tell if its a new person by the amount of points you lose. If its a long time member with more rep points you could drop 3 or 4 reps points. If they don’t have any or just have one of two the points only drop by 1
I know its upsetting but at least they don’t call you nasty names like they do me. They used to do this when I was mod to which made me laugh because they wouldn’t sign it and I could see who it was still. If you get them once in a while like this then just ignore it. If it becomes a habit just let the admin know. They can see who is doing it even if its unsigned to make sure a abuse is not happening. They wont tell you who it is of course, this would be a breach of privacy but they will take care of it. Its not that they are nosy its just a protective measure for the members. The safety and happiness of the members is a priority.
Dom is right though, its just negative energy. Its not worth getting upset over. You know we love you
